Fit4Mom SM is an incredible group of instructors and moms - a true community. I started classes with a toddler (2-3 years old), pregnant and then a few months postpartum. Throughout, I felt supported and understood - Johanna and all the instructors go above and beyond to create a welcoming space - group texts, a whatsapp group, active instagram, playdates, family workouts, mom's nights out and partnerships with local brands / groups / stores. I couldn't recommend Fit4Mom SM more - they encourage moms to prioritize their own health (physical, social, mental and emotional) while also getting to bring along their little one(s)!

Johanna, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She genuinely cares about each member and creates a welcoming, empowering environment. The instructors are just as amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and always making you feel confident and connected.
This community has been such a positive, uplifting part of my motherhood journey. It’s a place where moms can get fit, make friends, and feel supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
I recently joined FIT4MOM who is designed specifically for moms, and it has been nothing short of transformative for me. Not only has it significantly boosted my physical fitness, but it has also been a game-changer for my mental health. The instructors are incredibly supportive, creating an environment that is both motivating and empathetic.
What sets this program apart is the sense of community it fosters among participants. Being surrounded by other moms who understand the unique challenges we face has made me feel right at home. We share, support, and uplift each other, making every workout session feel like a gathering of friends.
The program is thoughtfully designed to cater to our specific needs, helping us regain strength and confidence in our postpartum bodies. But more importantly, it has provided me with a much-needed mental boost, helping me navigate motherhood with a bit more ease and a lot more energy.
I cannot recommend this program enough to any mom looking to improve her physical and mental well-being. The instructors genuinely care about your progress and well-being, making every session enjoyable and effective. It's not just a workout class; it's a support system, a confidence builder, and a community of amazing women (the mom village). Joining has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself and my family.

I joined Fit4Mom when my child was a toddler, and it was the perfect way to ease back into fitness surrounded by other moms who just get it. Now that my child is older, I’ve joined the classes that accommodate a working parent’s schedule and found an amazing community.
Next thing you know, you’ve gone from struggling with 5 push-ups to cranking out 30 —without even realizing it—because you’re too busy laughing and connecting with other moms. Workouts are fun, challenging, and always leave me feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
Johanna has created an incredible community, where everyone feels welcomed and supported to do their personal best. Fit4Mom isn’t just about getting fit, it’s about community, empowerment, friendships, and so much more! I feel so lucky to be a part of it.

The best class I found after having my son 3 years ago. I had always worked out by myself but when my son was born, I wasn’t able to leave him at home and go out to workout. Till I found fit4mom santa Monica and its amazing instructors and owner. To me it’s both workout and finding other mom’s going through the first years of motherhood. Even though i dont take my 3 1/2 years old son to the class now ( he goes to preschool), i still attend the fit4mom classes just to keep my routine and my community of lovely mamas! I recommend it to every moms who have kids/babies/ new borns.

I felt so welcomed at Fit4Mom Santa Monica! I love the variety of class locations and all the teachers are amazing. When my baby got fussy, they held her and rocked her so I could still get my workout in. I also met so many wonderful moms through these classes! It’s such a welcoming environment. They often have freebie samples of snacks and other fun mom/baby products to try too. ☺️

Fit4mom Santa Monica has been essential during my post partum recovery. My youngest is now 2 years old and I started when he was 7 weeks old and I don’t plan to stop. The community is also amazing. They have a great group of moms willing to help and hold you every step of the way. I highly recommended.

It doesn’t get better than being able to stroll to the beach and get a workout in without having to coordinate childcare! Fit4Moms is so accessible and such a fun workout! I joined before my first turned one and it got me back into shape in a low stress, non judgemental and welcoming environment! I wish I had joined sooner but so glad I joined when I did! Kept me strong and healthy throughout my second pregnancy with modifications that all of the instructors were eager to provide. And now I’m back postpartum and already feeling strong again! Highly recommend to anyone trying to get back into shape, stay in shape or just wanting to meet an amazing community of local moms!

I’ve been coming to Fit4mom since I had my first baby 2 years ago and we love it! It’s an amazing place to make friends, workout, build community, and get outdoors almost every day. What an incredible way to find community in what can be a very isolating time! My little one is 18 months old now and I started Fit4mom when he was about 10 weeks old. I’ve met so many incredible mamas and all of the instructors are so compassionate and encouraging. They’ll even help distract the babies with songs and bubbles so you can (try to) focus on the workout. One time my son even fell asleep in the instructor’s arms while she was calling out exercises for us 😅. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough, all levels welcome and supported!

Joining Fit4Mom has been one of the best things I’ve done as a new mom. My postpartum journey would have felt so much different (and not as fun) without this amazing group. The workouts leave me feeling strong and energized, the instructors truly care and adjust to how you and your body are feeling that day, and they even help keep the babies happy so you can finish your workout. Beyond the exercise, they plan fun events, create a safe space for moms, and have given me friendships I’ll cherish forever, both for me and my little one, who now has sweet baby friends of her own. We LOVE our Fit4Mom Santa Monica family! We have made so many wonderful friends this year. I actually look so forward to classes. I take my children aged 2, 3 and 5, and plan to continue doing so for many years to come! The workouts are effective and manageable, I always feel rejuvenated afterwards, and it’s SUCH a treat not to have to worry about childcare in order to carve out some time for my physical health and quality time with my fellow mama friends! The best environment to help build community, confidence, regain strength after having a baby. I wish I joined with my first baby, but so glad I joined with my 2nd. The best community. You can join anytime, pregnant, postpartum, with or without baby. It helped me get outside, move my body and a built in playgroup, what more can you ask for? Also the number of times the instructor would soothe, entertain or carry my little one was an added bonus! Their cancelation and booking policies are incredible too! I have no cons, except not joining sooner!

Fit4Mom is absolutely the BEST!! I was introduced to it through a friend who is an instructor in another state. It is incredible because not only can you bring your baby with you to exercise but also be a part of a safe, understanding, uplifting group of instructors and mothers. These classes got me through my difficult postpartum days. I have done many forms of group fitness but I will have to say that there is no community that is more welcoming and where you can make immediate connections like you do at Fit4Mom. I will forever be thankful to these amazing instructors like Johanna & Megan. If you are pregnant, postpartum or just looking to get outside and meet a group of amazing women, you’ve got to take a class!

I’m so grateful I found Fit4Mom and only wish I had known of its existence sooner!! It fulfills so many needs for me as a new mom and is super affordable, especially when compared to other mommy and me groups in the area. I’m able to move my body consistently while being outside with my baby and meeting other moms who I can share this journey with. I started classes 6 months postpartum and I immediately noticed huge benefits to my mental health.
Before discovering Fit4Mom, I tried several different ways to move my postpartum body but had difficulty being consistent. Fit4Mom makes it so easy for me to get out and move for myself every day because baby girl comes with! And I’m so excited to know that I can continue attending classes when the time comes for my second pregnancy.
My first class was with several moms who have been doing it for 8+ years and they could not have been more welcoming. Johanna does an amazing job spearheading this program and all the instructors are truly awesome. RUN DON’T WALK and tell every pregnant woman and mom you know about the amazing classes and community it offers!

Fit4Mom stroller strides has been a wonderful way to meet other moms and get in a great workout. I started taking classes right after my son was born and it quickly became part of our weekly (must-do) routine. Each class delivers a full body workout with cardio, strength training and core work. Songs are even mixed in to keep the children engaged, making classes fun for child too. Getting out the door in the morning can be challenging, but having a community of moms to connect with physically and emotionally has helped me feel stronger all around.

I have always loved working out (running, indoor-cycling, CrossFit, yoga) so Fit4Mom was perfect for me after I had my daughter. It’s an amazing workout but you also get to meet other moms. I’ve met some of my best friends at Fit4Mom! Discovering Fit4Mom has been a win win for me!
