I’ve been working out at Fitness 19 for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The gym is clean, well-lit, and has a relaxed, no-pressure vibe that’s perfect whether you're just starting out or more advanced in your fitness journey.

They’ve got a decent variety of equipment—plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and resistance machines. During peak hours it can get a little busy, but I’ve rarely had to wait long for anything. I also appreciate that they keep things relatively low-key—no overly intense gym culture, just regular people trying to get healthier.

The staff is friendly and usually helpful if you have questions or need help with anything. Membership is affordable, especially compared to other gyms in the area, which is a big plus if you're looking for value without sacrificing quality.

My only gripe is that some locations can be a little limited in space or class offerings, depending on your area. But if you're mostly into strength training or cardio and want a straightforward gym without the frills, Fitness 19 is a great pick.

Update review:

Definitely hands down the best gym I've ever been to my entire gym life. Kayson took care of me and made the gym the most safest place for me to ever to workout at and understood my concerns. I'm beyond happy here. Now I give it a 10 star if I could.

I'd give it a 5 star if it wasn't for how cold it is in that gym no matter where you go the fans are in your face. I don't mind that in the summer but since temperatures are cooling down I ended up catching a cold becuase of how cold it was in there even while I was working out. The dramatic temperatures is what messes up the body. You'll be sweating and rest for a minute and you feel that super cold air especially in your back combined with the sweat it's not cool and people will continue to go to the gm sick and get others sick on top of it

I enjoy this gym a lot, have been going here for a few years now. I tend to go late at night or early mornings during the weekdays. The gym is always clean and I rarely see machines that are broken for long. The crowds can be a lot at peak because it’s smaller than other gyms but that’s the case for any gym. Overall, I would keep going here and the team is generally very nice.

My issue is with the mornings recently. It used to be a girl working and she was very friendly and welcoming. Recently, there was a switch to a guy, usually wearing a hat and thin mustache. First off, demeanor is kinda rude which is surprising because the rest of the team is super friendly and accommodating. Second, the music choice is heavy EDM and is blasting obnoxiously loud. They used to play older hits and at a softer volume. You can’t please everyone but would love for the team to consider changing the music or lowering the volume. I’ve also noticed he tends to leave the speaker for a while making this dreadful noise before he fixes it? Music choice has to be of the employee working but please consider changing the genre or at least lowering it down so I can tune it out. If I can hear it over my music, it’s probably too loud. it may that it’s EDM and that’s why it seems so much louder than before thanks for the consideration,

Extremely small gym and always packed. Two squat racks and they’re always taken by people who have no sense of urgency or consideration for others.
