This location is closed. Took a new membership not even one month prior to closing and didn't notify the new member. Now I need to drive my kid 8 miles to do his fitness b/c they sold my membership to different location. Only reason getting this location was it was walking distance for my high school kid, and now it's not possible for him to walk to the location and we still need to pay for rest of the membership. I'll see you guys in court, since contract is under my kids name who is a minor.

I have a multi gym membership program through my health insurance and I’m glad this is one of the gyms on my access list! This gym is ALWAYS clean, smells good, and staff are friendly. I enjoy coming to this gym. The gym is smaller in size, but it’s perfect for me. The staff and manager are friendly. I enjoy taking the BBL and weights classes that’s taught by Vanessa. Her classes are effective and she’s amazing!! I also enjoy taking Zumba with Adilene, Monse, and Thess. It’s like a dance party.

This place is a fraud. I was paying for my gym membership for not even going in person because my work schedule got crazy. So I went to cancel it and everything was good. The pregnant lady said everything was good and she would cancel my membership. Few months later I get letters saying I owe a unpaid balance. Complete waste of my time and another headache. Like if I don't already have a lot going on! Don't waste your time going to this gym the employees there dont know what there doing. They'll leave you with a balance after you cancel.

A friend of mine has been going to this gym for a few years. She's made so much progress with sculpting her body through personal training and workout classes with Vanessa.

I finally accepted her invitation to join the Booty workout class led by Vanessa in April. Recently, my boyfriend saw the before picture of my glutes and told me that those workout classes made a huge improvement! Vanessa brings great energy and motivation to push through each workout class. I've even attended Vanessa's other classes and they did not disappoint.

Needless to say, I will continue to drive the 45-50 minute commute because Vanessa makes it totally worth it!

Let me start off by saying Fitness 19 has been one of the best gyms that I’ve been able to be a member of - and I’ve been a member at plenty of gyms. I first started at fitness 19 in Long Beach and it was great. They have all the equipment you need. Plus, it’s not busy beyond measure and weights aren’t strewn around everywhere - something I always experience at other gyms. Also, the staff were always very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they closed around Covid. As a result, I transferred over to the Buena Park location. When I did though, I guess there were issues transferring my account information. However, the staff, once again were very helpful and worked really hard to get everything fixed for me - especially the manager, Ray. Awesome dude! A great staff is always a reflection of a great manager. This location is reminiscent of the Long Beach location as they uphold the same standards of cleanliness, gym etiquette, and customer service. I’m glad to be a member - highly recommended!

At first when the Long Beach location closed down I was pretty bummed out, but then when I was told we could come here I figured it was worth checking out. I live in Whittier and work in Buena Park. Came across this gym and fell in love with it. The vibe is completely different in a good way. People are nice and so is the staff. Ray who is the manager at this gym is always taking care of me and helping me every time I need help.
They also have a great selection of supplements and protein bars. Highly recommend this gym. Check them out!

Updating review. This gym will scam you just to make a quick buck. I canceled my membership and talked to the lady about it (pregnant lady). She told me there wouldn't be a charge for canceling. I payed 6 months for free because I didnt have time to cancel it much sooner (and you have to show up in person to cancel). One month later I get a letter from a collection agency and I talked to them over phone and I mentioned I canceled my membership there must be a mistake. They told me they didnt submit the cancelation and now im being charged. Thanks a lot. Karma will eventually catch up to you. What a irresponsible and forgetful human beings. I sat with you and discussed my cancelation and you still didn't submit. Shame on you. By the way they don't respect social distancing or any type of social distancing. I will never come back to this gym.

I have never personally been to this location, but the staff here were extremely helpful in assisting with a cancellation and refund issue after I had moved out of state and the location I had attended closed down. If I was still in the area I would definitely check them out based on my experience with them.

I’ve personally worked with Ray in resolving some issues from my membership changing from the Long Beach location to the Buena Park location and have found him to be very helpful. Anyone answering their phone calls have also always been friendly and helpful. I look forward to working out at this location and feel any problems will be met with great customer service and resolutions.
