Fitness 19 Corona is hands down one of the best fitness facilities that I have ever been to. The staff is always welcoming and cleaning the gym which is a big deal to me because I never see any of the other local gyms do so (planet fitness, LA fitness etc). The General Manager Bruce is one of a kind and always makes sure the staff and members are taken care of! Would recommend to anyone with a fitness goal, no matter how big or small.

Canceled my membership by phone 2 year ago , but today I got a notice from my bank account saying I got charge for $9.00 and $38.99 today, call the gym they said I didn't cancel my membership since they never accepted cancelations by phone... that they needed to see my documentation or proof of cancelation. So I asked to talk with the manager so I got (I don't want to mention the name of this guy) over the phone, he said the same thing, they don't accept cancelation over the phone... so I decided to cancel my membership (again) but getting a refund of at least the money I paid for this year ($102) or the annual fee ($38.99), he told me they don't refund anything since I "didn't" cancel my membership and my account is still active, so I've been paying around $146.99 per year, $293.98 total cause someone didn't help me canceling my membership at all. The manager told me, he can help me, guess how!! 😂 canceling my membership over the phone... 😂😂 so after all the conversation I prove my theory, the guy I called to cancel my membership 2 year ago never took me out of the system, and since they didn't have my email, I never got the confirmation or paper work.

So I had to register my account in their web site, updates my info (email) and cancel my agreement myself.

So I can say, the management of this gym is the worst, the freaky gym is always full and it's the smallest location I have been. I don't recommend this gym and I'll say avoid this gym.
Cause how you can see in others reviews above, a lot of people having issues with the administration, im not the only one.

My husband and I have been coming For about five years, we really enjoy it! They have all equipment we need, Brittney and Mercedes in the child care are amazing with our toddler daughter! They have all the big toys that she likes. It’s always super clean in there, and the front desk staff is helpful and friendly

The staff is friendly and that’s about it. The gym itself is very small and a lot of the weight lifting machines were always taken. The kids care center is very small as well and they only had toys for toddlers and infants. My kids only had the option to sit on a regular chair with their iPads. They only have about 6 chairs so sometimes they had to sit against the wall on the ground. They didn’t have a table for them to read, do homework or color. The woman caring for the children just sits in one of the chair sometimes doing her college work. My kids were always bored and would only stay there for an hour. You are unable to change in the women’s restroom/locker area because the lockers are right in front of the door and right outside of the door they have the men’s restroom so they men are able to see you. Don’t even bother asking them to try to solve the issues because they don’t care about your concerns. My husband and I lasted no more than 3-4 months. For the same kids club price, my kids are able to do arts and crafts at Chuze Fitness.

Worst customer service ever!!!! when wanting to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel since November 2018! The only person that can do it is Taylor and every time I call he is never available! I’ve ask to speak to someone above him according to staff nobody is above him!!! Has anyone else experience this?

Management is very unprofessional and inconsiderate! I called to speak with Mike and told him I was in a financial situation if he can move my annual fee for the following month and cancel another account, which he said YES anything to help me. I got charged and the other account was not cancelled, I went and handed a letter personally to an employee requesting to speak with someone and no one has returned my call. Ive called numerous times, left messages and even requested to speak with the DM Taylor and he wont even return my call. This has been going on since July and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME! Horrible management skills! The one star does NOT count it would not let me post unless I checked it.

I never agreed for it to charge after groupon ended, I went in to cancel manager said there's nothing he can do, so I'm here now giving this place a bad review, gyms is too small, the people that work here dont care about you or how hard you work for your money, fitness 19 you stink.

I used to be a member of Fitness 19 in San Clemente until I moved from San Clemente. I love the low price, the machines always worked, and the staff were very nice. It's a great little casual hometown gym. Some of the Fitness 19 have classes. This particular one did not. Just be sure to call before you join to find out which type of gym it is.

I had moved to Riverside and for that reason I had to quit the gym here. Unfortunately I'm only in Corona 3 days now. I called and I spoke to Andy. He was very helpful and answered all My questions. Thank you Andy, your positive attitude and very helpful manner made my night. I hope I can return to this gym. You guys are awesome.

You say you gym is open from whatever time it is to 11pm! I went there to get my workout in only to find out you guys are closed! This was not only very irritating to find out coming all way way out here from home but is even more disappointing because I checked the hours before even coming. Like I said I find it very disappointed you can't even post the right hours for your loyal members. I guess this goes to show just how much you care about your gym & members. Looks like I will have to start looking for a new gym that cares and holds true on what they lead memebers to believe. Big inconvenience for my night

This place is great especially in the morning like around 8am through 1pm because it's not noisy and there is not alot of people. They recently expanded which is great for the people who want to take Zumba, dancing etc classes. This place is not expensive. I only pay $12 month plus and 30 something dollars on the annual fee which is something we pay once every year. I have not had any problems with them yet but if I do I try and posted here.
P.s there is an awesome women employee that helped me out of a $5 dollar check in tag.

Good gym Gross men's bathroom, smelly need to clean it up also need to have better programming on TV, people getting beat up, bloody stabbings, awful mexican news channels for all to see. Hate it how about some workout videos?

Good price. A bit small, but it doesn't get too crowded, so it's fine. It's unfortunate that they close so early on Saturday's and Sunday's, they close at 7pm. And there are no fitness classes on Friday afternoons, nor Saturday's or Sunday's. But other than that, they pretty much have what you need and staff is super friendly and helpful.

Trainers are very rude and unprofessional. I over heard one say to his client as he was training him " I hate that guy over there. He's a dumb ass were did he learn to work out. God he's annoying." The guy he was referring to had to be a least 70. At least the guy is still active at that age.

Never, ever give your contact information to Fitness 19. I get constant phone calls and text messages. All are automated with no way to unsubscribe. I stopped being a member six years ago and the place was alright ... small, but inexpensive. Automated phone calls and text messages with no way to unsubscribe are a major annoyance.
