Fixing my review after realizing I was lied to for years. I have came here for years and they told me in order to ever cancel my membership I would have to pay $50 to get out of my contract, it’s not true all you have to do is go online to the fitness 19 website then ask for your contract number and it’s very easy to cancel. Instead of paying $50 I am only paying the last monthly payment which is significantly less.

This gym is still dirty. I keep finding a lot of hairs everywhere especially near the leg machines and the men's bathroom ran out of soap for a week. Their solution was to use water in the soap dispenser.

I do see staff clean up the trash time to time, which is a plus. Also, staff seem is great, but come on gyms shouldn't be dirty and the bathrooms shouldn't run out of soap. It's gross.

I like the equipment here, especially the new stuff they added, but that doesn't excuse a dirty gym.

It's not that hard. Have someone clean and vacuum all day.

This review is regarding the cleanliness of the gym. The gym equipment itself is great and the staff are ok, but the gym is crazy dirty. I've been in the men's bathroom at different times during the day and there has always been hair in the sink and sometimes blood. I never want to use anything else because of this. They never vacuum the fake field so there are bits of whatever or hair all over the ground all the time. The floors where the squat racks and movable benches are seem dirty. The racks are covered in dust too. I think over the past month I saw someone vaccum once. There was one time where it rained and they let a puddle of water collect on the ground. I informed them and they didn't have a bucket to collect the water. They later got some towels to soak it up and left them there

I like this gym, the hours are good but cleanliness is a must for a gym. It's a rarity to see someone actually cleaning this place. I also clean everything I use. At least they provide the sanitary wipes for that. I don't blame the staff I blame management for not leading and keeping a clean gym. It's very unprofessional and a bad image to have a gross gym.

I question continuing coming here if this continues.

I came to this Fitness 19 for the first time to transfer my membership from another location. Dylen helped me through the whole process. He was very friendly and informative, and he explained everything clearly while being transparent about the best plan and pricing options for me. Overall, I have a very good first impression of this gym.

This is one of the better Fitness 19 around the area. However I give it a 3 star because of how long people sit at machines on their phones with no care about other people waiting to use it. I waited 30 minutes for someone to finished their last set on a machine because he was too busy scrolling on his phone. The staff here has not put up any flyers and alert clients about stalling too long on a machine.

I had a disappointing experience. I called ahead and was told I could easily sign up for a 3-day pass, which I did when I arrived. But once inside, I was denied because my ID was Canadian, and instead offered a paid drop-in. When I mentioned I only needed 30 minutes and that LA Fitness gave me a free trial, the staff rudely told me to just go there.

The gym itself looked very clean and organized, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service ruined the experience. I don’t mind paying, but honesty and a welcoming attitude go a long way. Unfortunately, I won’t be recommending this gym.

The Covina location is the best in my opinion - it is clean, well stocked, and the equipment is always in good working order. I signed up for personal training with Alina and she has been instrumental in getting me back on track. I look forward to working with Alina because she knows how to motivate me to reach within and push harder, and I’m seeing results very quickly.

I have been coming here for years and it has been the best gym experience Ive had. The staff is super friendly with ellie, marissa, and chris greeting me and helping me at the front desk every day. It was nice working out today with both Danica and Donita, 2 trainers who have both the knowledge and experience for someone as novice as me.
