The trainers that they got recently are much better. The old trainers used to grab a clip board tell the client what to do and go sit at the desk. Victor and crew are much better.

Definite bang for your buck. The supervisor and staff are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Never seems too crowded, and they have good options on equipment, nobody seems to linger on too long on them. I really wish they had stepmills though, I would die of happiness and be there 24/7!

This place is perfect. It is never crowded and they have everything for my workouts. I'm used to private gyms where people normally have the common courtesy to re-rack their weights. Rack your weights people!!!

It's my gym! Not a bad gym as far as equipment and staff, but sum ignorant ass ppl don't wipe their equipment down after sweating all over it, or they sit on it like it's a place to rest, pissing me off when I'm tryna use it! Bring a towel and don't sit on the equipment! AND RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS!

I hate this facility worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life.they made a transaction on my account for thirty dollars without my permission and when I called and spoke to the "GM" he rudely refused to refund my money or even explain to me how they got my info and why they made a transaction on my account then he would not give me corporates number or anyone above him he is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with and should not be in charge of any type of business.he then hung up on me I'm going in now to cancel my membership I will never give this place my business ever again!!!!!!!

I am a full time student and work two part timers. I would love to see a 24 hour gym that meets the quality of fitness 19. The facility is great, my only qualm is the hours.
