You would think with so many new gyms opening up in the area that these folks would put in a little effort. The front desk staff is great but after coming here for almost ten years, I’ve watched this gym become an absolute dump. It’s clear the management doesn’t care in the slightest. Members are leaving in droves and appropriately so.

The music being played is way too loud. You have to almost yell in order to speak to any staff member. I wear noise canceling ear buds and the volume is still too loud. Not a good environment for those with mental health or PTSD issues. People can workout without all of the noise

Great gym! Local easy to get to, offers 5 day guest pass for new prospective clients. Has an excellent personal training staff. The first personal training session was actually really good. Valentino delivered exceptional knowledge of training concepts and nutritional information. The score is 10/10 so far. :)

The front staff are friendly. I tried a seven day free trial here in hopes the reviews were wrong. I gotta say I agree with some of the others. It’s not that clean. It’s dusty and there was trash on the women’s bathroom floor when I went at night. You can feel it. The staff told me management are working on getting a second janitor but I don’t know when that’s going to happen. I want to sign up but that’s holding me back. The Murrieta location is clean so I have that to compare. Going to see what EOS has to offer for now.

The manager Curtis helped me sign up after he gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Him and Valentino (personal trainer) were friendly which made me feel welcome. I highly recommend him and his team to help you find a membership that fits your needs.

I really used to love coming here. But now it's such a mess. I go in the middle of the night and the music here is always SO loud I can't even hear my own, I shouldn't have to blow my ears out to be able to hardly hear my own music. Seriously you don't need it that loud, it's a safety hazard, turn it down. Also the studio is always so full of hair and dust, I can't do yoga without finding other people's hair on my arms after, it's completely disgusting. Please have your night people be more diligent in being mindful and keeping the place clean because this is extremely disappointing. This has been my gym for years and I've never seen it in such bad shape before, and it makes me anxious to even go now because of the conditions.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this gym was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others.

First, cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. The floors are filthy, machines are often sticky or covered in sweat, and I’ve seen overflowing trash bins multiple times. It’s not only unpleasant, it’s unsanitary.

Second, the staff behavior is completely unprofessional. During my visits, I frequently saw employees—including those who are supposed to be personal trainers—either sleeping at the front desk or glued to their phones. There is zero engagement or assistance unless you actively chase someone down.

Worse, I personally witnessed racist and discriminatory behavior from both staff and patrons that was either ignored or brushed off by management. This kind of toxic environment has no place in any business, let alone one that claims to promote health and community.

And to top it off, the so-called personal trainers don't even look like they take fitness seriously. Appearance isn’t everything, but it’s hard to trust someone with your health goals when they look like they've never stepped into a workout themselves and are more focused on chatting or scrolling than actually training.

If you care about cleanliness, safety, professionalism, or just basic human decency, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are plenty of gyms that take their business and their members seriously—this is not one of them.

Absolutely the worst place! I called back in December to cancel my membership, as I was moving. The ladt Liz said to come in and we can cancel it. When I show up, she had no idea what I was talking about and request I print out my membership online and come back in. Which I did, thinking she would cancel my membership . Well today April 18th I got a $77 charge. I called the location as their finance company request to do. The girl who answered the phone was completely confused and told me the manger was business. I request for him to call me back. She said “oh he’s super busy so I doubt he will do that”. I’m an upset customer and he won’t pick up the phone! That’s wild! I recommend no one works out here, as there hire people with two Brain cells! I will bring this up to corporate attention and warn anyone of this stupidly.

Curtis, the manager, he is very awesome. He honored my membership he went over and beyond to help me find the best membership that fits my needs. He waited for me to come in even though I was late, but the gym is nice is clean the staff they are very nice the personal trainer manager he’s very nice kind they go over and beyond for any member they are. 🚨 Warning! Read Before Canceling Your Membership 🚨

The gym itself is pretty solid, but be cautious if you ever need to cancel. Their contract includes a $99 early cancellation fee for terminating your membership before the 12-month term is up. However, there are key exemptions that can get you out of this fee—and they won’t tell you about them upfront.

How to Avoid the $99 Cancellation Fee:

✅ Relocation Clause (Paragraph 21): If you have moved more than 25 miles away from the nearest Fitness 19 location, you qualify for a fee waiver.

✅ No-Use Clause (Paragraph 14): If you have not used the gym for over six months, you can cancel without penalty.

✅ Consumer Protection Rights (Paragraph 31): California consumer laws may protect you from unfair cancellation fees—worth mentioning if they refuse to waive the charge.

📌 The Catch? They won’t go out of their way to check if you qualify for these exemptions. Instead, they hope you don’t know and just pay the $99 fee. Make sure you push back and reference these clauses.

I’ve spent a lot of money at this gym, and it’s frustrating that they don’t disclose this information upfront. I hope this helps someone avoid unnecessary fees!

This location meets my expectations and needs...which, to be fair, aren't very high and isn't very much. I don't love the weekend hours, but besides that my experience has always been the same; I go in, do my thing, and leave...no extraordinary engagements outside of that. Some of the equipment seems a bit dated, but I'm sure they weigh the same and do the same things as they did years ago. In short, it's a Fitness19 in menifee. YMMV.

This facticity is a great gym. It's big and spacious and has all the equipment needed to get the job done. But the reason for my review is the staff. Jamie, Carissa, Devin and the rest of the team at the front desk are all warm and inviting always greeting me by name and they have created an environment that's just pleasant to be in. I first joined oceanside fitness 19, that location was small but great manager! Then I moved up here and had to use menifee location. Wish I had canceled in oceanside.
This location is dirty and very little cleaning supplies available for us to clean.
I wanted to change my membership so my spouse can come with me, the girl made a mistake and extended my contract instead. Tried to get it corrected THE NEXT DAY but apparantly it could not be done and manager had to do it.....
The manager here is never around and always told "he will get back to you" but never does.
So after all that I decided to cancel my membership because the gym just wasn't good for me.
I did it in person but of course wasn't canceled correctly.
Had to call twice after that.
And ultimately I was charged the wrong amount upon cancellation.
Called them, they accepted it was the wrong amount but yet again never corrected it. I had to fight with my bank.
Just a nightmare to do business with.
(I love oceanside & the Marietta location & manager, wish I lived closer to that one)
Dont recommend Menifee location.

Place is very dirty. Hair balls over by the edges of the turf. Treadmills have sensor issues. User not detected but it is being used for.one stop sensors don't work well. But today was enough.While on Treadmill today staff pulls shades up asked the man 2 treadmills down if sun bothers him he had a hat on and gave a no. My hand is up shielding eyes never asked me if that was OK. I went and asked twice to have shade brought down, another person asked also, so after 8 minutes I just ended my work out so I would not injure myself. Complained and thanked staff for not adhering to the request so I could work out. As I walked out because I felt there was noore need to hear another excuse. Staff goes yeah keep walking. Seriously.

This club is a scam. If you want to cancel they give you the run around! I’ve been trying for several months! I keep getting told it will be canceled or the manager is out but will call me back. I haven’t been to this club for over a year and still getting charged. I call every month. Do not sign up with this location. The gym is maintained and they have a good selection of equipment to choose. Staff are polite and professional but there is a man who comes in and records women working out when their back is turned to him. He just stares and films you in front of everyone. Staff are aware but there is nothing they can do. Customers see him recording and they don’t report it. I have reported him twice already and had a full on confrontation with him yelling at him inside of the gym. He has recorded me and others. I have been scared for the other women he has recorded. I’ll start by saying I do enjoy this gym It’s basic, definitely nothing fancy. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The cleanliness is where I will lack the star. The bathrooms really need better attention. This is a gym for ALL PEOPLE. That’s what I love so much about it here! All people of all different health & fitness levels attend and all the guests are kind to one another. The classes are a must try, they really helped me get back into my workout groove. All classes I have been able to modify, with the help of the trainers during different injuries. As for the cancellation policy, I don’t have experience with that. I did however begin having health issues and they froze my account with no issue, until I was ready to come back! I see a lot of comments about the cancellation policy and the fine print, we all know What that’s for, I chose not to read it all and that’s probably why I too didn’t know about the cancellation policy 🥸 try their free pass and if you like it stay ! You’ll grasp a feel if it’s for you or not !
One more thing….can you open at 2am on Mondays 🙂‍↕️ sincerely, the early bird!

I enjoy working out here and have been working out here since 2013. The staff is great, the establishment is always clean, as they have a janitorial employee keeping things in check, as well as the non-janitorial employees doing the same, when they aren't busy getting sales, making calls, or politely greeting members, and possible patrons at the front.

I was on hiatus from this gym for a while as I thought I had found my home in Powerhouse Menifee, but as an ex-employee, and ex member, not by choice, but by ban. I decided, that it was time to come back to the place that started my fitness journey. I am so happy to be back, and can't wait to be working out here for many years to come. The only complaint I have is that they are not 24/7 when before the pandemic, they were, maybe we'll see that change eventually. But if not I am happy that they are still open 24/7, 4 days of the week.

It’s a standard gym. I prefer early mornings because it’s less crowded. But the key takeaway for me was the kids club. They helped give me peace of mind. Lexus Star and Yllian were amazing and help my toddler not only finally get adjusted with being in there but now he runs to them and hugs them every time he sees them. They care for him and give me a little break to do something for me. If it wasn’t for these two I don’t think I would’ve ever been able to be in the gym any time soon. They are truly amazing. If I could pay them more I would because they’re more than just a kids club caregiver they care for my son like he’s family. And I love that!

For those talking about issues they’ve had with memberships. I’ve never had any issues. My husband deployed and they took care of it with ease. And they were able to adjust my plan and waive the fees. Overall it’s a great gym

The only thing good about this gym was my trainer, but she had the good sense to leave when I did.

I was falsely charged for a membership I cancelled on 4/21 (that Daniel never documented) i 3ven had a paper signed and dated and he said "Dont worry i got you." (Aparently no because he yried to charge me the folloing month).

Also I was waiting on a reversal from down grading training sessions and I never received it.

Most recently, I was just verbally assaulted by Daniel, he had the audacity to scream at me while continously calling me a "liar" to point of having me shaking. Out of spite he cancelled my husband's membership.

This is completely unacceptable behavior and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau!

If you are looking to be disrespecteded, by a sexist, masagonistic, unprofessional, personal who disregards the rules and make you feel like you ate in harms way while being charged more than you expected this gym is for you.

This place is horrible. It's an easy, cheap and friendly sign up process. Once you sign up, there are several loopholes to jump through if you want to cancel. There are limitations to your memberships (AKA fine print). I wrote a review about my experience during the pandemic, where they lied, manipulated and smiled as they took advantage of me. I recently noticed that my review was removed after a couple of years. I am not "with" that. If you can see, they must have done something for me to follow up. I recently had an experience in person again, to make sure this review had new and valuable information. They are still the same manipulative money hungry pirates they were before and during the pandemic. They didn't highlight any of the information for cancelation or the fact that it is through a completely different company. If you are concerned about your credit, your good name and your ability to make healthy choices on your own, please avoid this place. We came in today to unfortunately cancel our membership since my husband needs a gym with a pool due to his disability- Everett was so kind and helpful, and even talked to us about a different prism my husband would qualify for as a veteran. It's part of our daily routine. We have been members for a few months now. It's a bit further than another gym but not much. They have great classes and teachers. UPDATE- While on the phone with my credit union reporting this fraud, a person from Fitness 19 actually called me on my work line telling me not to report this to my bank and threatening me that if I did, this would affect my credit. So they are threatening to report this account I have tried to cancel NUMEROUS times for non-payment now? Interesting. This was on speaker phone and the rep from my credit union heard everything and advised me to cease communication. Soooooo shady, I don't understand why they'd want to do business like this?
DO NOT sign up for personal training here. They are all about service with a smile when getting you to sign up, but will pass the buck and suddenly point the finger and lose your multiple requests to cancel and continue to charge you $160 per month while ignoring your repeated requests to cancel. You can request your cancellation request verified in writing and expect 101 excuses as to why you never got it. You can go in person to cancel and magically the person who can cancel you is never there. I am reporting the charges as fraudulent to my bank at this point.

I've been trying to cancel my membership and I was told I needed to physically come into the location. Today I spoke to Ron, explained I no longer live in the area and I needed to take care of this situation, there wasn't a Manager (Daniel), available. I was also told that due to the kind of membership, he's going to make sure I'm not charged any fees.When I questioned Ron, about the fees he accused me of getting frustrated his voice went up at least 2 octaves and he threatened to hang up. I've tried to support my community and small business owners when I lived in the area, after reading a few of the other reviews, has anyone contacted the owner and consumer protection.

It was clean and they have nice new equipment. They offer child care and had a clean bathroom. My girlfriend went for their Zumba class, but you have to pay extra for the class it's not included in their membership. If I'm going to join a gym, I want a pool and jacuzzi, which this place didn't have.

Great gym terrible membership cancelation process.

They're not easy to work with when trying to cancel your membership and claim that you have to be present in person to cancel your membership or inconvenience someone else to do it on your behalf.

Typically, when companies like Fitness 19 have shady business practices and take advantage of their customers by not letting them cancel their membership easily, i'll dispute it on my cc and its not a big deal - but, they pressured me into putting my bank account routing number for payment rathe than a CC. Huge mistake.

Use a CC so they can't screw you.

Now I understand why this gym has such bad reviews. I already have my membership in Perris but I wanted to open a new membership in this gym to join classes with Loretta, just because of her I was opening a new one since Perris and Menefee are two different owners. I got a 3-day pass, but it turned out that I could only get into the classes once. The second time I tried to use the pass a girl named "Ely" 🙄I'm not sure if it's her name but she is a lady who has a lot of blush and big eyes she let me in but after a few seconds she told me that I had to pay $15 dollars, I explained that I was interested in opening a new membership but wanted to finish the 3 days pass. She told me that she let me into the machines but not into the class. I explained again that I wasn't interested in using the machines because I already have a Perris membership, that I was only there for classes with Loretta, just because of her I was opening the new membership. She then said thati had to pay $7 if i wanted to get in. Total, I couldnt join the class. They did not respect my 3-day pass and well no, with that attitude I am not going to leave my money in this facility. The whole conversation was spoken to me with attitude and well, I earn my money with hard work to leave it where they don't treat me well. Credit to Loretta for bringing people to your gym, but you're kicking people out once we walk through the door. I stay at my original gym in Perris/Moreno Valley, where I have been treated like family since day one 3 years ago. It doesn't have a 4.9 rating for nothing. There was another issue the first day (and the only one) that i came with this same lady when I asked her for a promotion that they had that time She gave me some information and another lady asked the same thing a moment later and she gave her different information than mine (conflict information). You need to change your customer service treatment and your priorities because obviously the customer is not, you have nothing to lose by respecting the passes and if you would win more customers. You guys also have to improve the staff that is reviewing people on the computers. They are rude and a little kindness would not go amiss. A humble advice if you don't want to go down to 2 pathetic stars 🤦

Grey equipment, only issues I have is 1. It doesn’t have an sauna and 2. The A/C is always blowing making it hard to get a sweat going even if you are killing yourself.

I mainly have the membership for the hydro massage and to tan. They let the bulbs go too long before changing them. When the bulbs are way past their due for changing, the ends of the bulbs will either flicker or glow orange when the tanning bed is in use. It was so bad several months ago that I notified the front desk I thought it was a safety hazard. I tanned for the full 9 Minutes twice this past week and I didn't even get burnt anywhere on my body. After several months of not tanning there are parts of my body that should have been tender afterwards. Currently looking for a better alternative.

I have had a membership at this gym since they opened. Like many of you, I rarely if ever used it. If you use yours, good for you!! During the pandemic, I continued to be charged for services that were unavailable to me. I called the phone number available during this time and spoke to a bank, not a company representative. I was told that I could only cancel my membership in person. When I inquired how I could do that since the facility was closed, it took 15 minutes on hold for them to come back and tell me that if I canceled the membership the day they opened, in person they would waive the fees for the months I was unable to use the service. The first day they opened, I went in and cancelled my membership, in person. I asked if there was a balance due and they let me know I did not. GREAT right?!?!? Last week I recieved my first communication from them since that day. It wasn't a we want you back or we valued your membership, no, it was from a collection agency!!! No warning, no email, no mail, no phone calls they avoided contacting me and sent me straight to collections. I called the collections agency (the same bank I had previously talked to) and they let me know that unless I had something in writing I owed the debt. Furthermore, they told me that if I didn't pay them right away it would be reported to credit bureau. REALLY??? So, I paid their blackmail to protect my credit $32.00. Really after years of making money off me and not having to see me, I was being blackmailed for $32.00??? So I write this review to make all of you aware of the sad business practices of this establishment. I am sickened at the way they operate (who makes it so you have to cancel in person in today's digital age) the way they are managed (who gives out a number that leads to a bank rather than the local establishment) the way they deal with customers (rather than telling me I had a balance due when I was in person, they just sent me to collections because it spares them the conversation) and I would never have mentioned this because they got me but their predatory business practices ( they walk you through a contract and fail to mention that along with their low monthly rates, they have an enormous annual fee) . Anyways, they got me. I just hope that this review helps someone make an educated decision when deciding which company to do business with. Businesses are fighting to survive in the current pandemic, some struggle do it right and some are Fitness 19. Repost to keep relevant.

This is a membership that was opened for my son but due to sports and preparing to join the Army my son decided not to go back to the gym. January 23rd my wife walked in to cancel and was told she couldn't cancel yet and had to wait it out to avoid the annual fee of $55 if I canceled early but could put it on hold for $5 a month. Told to come in person February 23rd to cancel. I was charged $23 for February and walked in person on feb 23rd and was told It was canceled and would receive the $23 back and no more fees would be charged to my account. Today March 23rd I was charged a $55 annual fee. My wife called the club and they said I paid my fee and now I'm canceled. My wife said it was supposed to be canceled last month and was told they don't know what to say. Each time no manager was available. I had to call my bank several times and was finally able to block Fitness 19 from pulling any more money outta my account. They also tried to make my wife keep the account open even though we told them our son will be leaving to go the Army for the next 4 years. Fitness 19 has been hard to work with since January and I have no doubt in my mind that they do this to people all the time. I also believe that if their doing this to my son with will be leaving to the Army they do this to alot of other active military and non active military members too. My son had a great time working out there and made some friends but the overall payment experience was terrible. Basically watch your bank account when it comes to Fitness 19.

I enjoyed this gym. The only issue I had with it was the lack of paper towels to wipe down stuff, and the fact that most people didnt wipe their stuff to begin with. Equipment wasnt hard to get though, even when it was crowded, and the membership fees were cheap.

This used to be my favorite gym. It was close to home, had a great atmosphere, and a decent price. However, since COVID restrictions have lifted, this location is so incredibly busy. This isn’t Fitness 19’s doing but during “normal” gym hours, it is so busy it is virtually impossible to find open equipment, let alone go through a routine. It’s so bad I’m seriously considering going somewhere else.

On a lighter note, the equipment is always clean and the staff is polite and helpful.

This was a five star rating until today. Because of covid, I froze my membership, until I felt better about returning to the gym. When checking my bank statement, I saw they took an annual maintenance fee of $39 while my account was frozen. This fee being taken was not made clear to me at the time, nor did it make any sense, because my membership is frozen. When bringing it to their attention, I was just told "that's their policy", and nothing was done about it. I guess this policy meant more to them than getting the $20 per month I would have probably started paying again when things get back to normal. I've been going to gyms for many years, and there are others to choose from. It's a shame policies mean more than people to this company.

In response to the person who responded to my post:
I actually had contacted the gym, in person, to try and resolve this, prior to posting that. I was told the only way to avoid the maintenance fee was to have it taken out in January, when apparently my freeze had to end. Basically, pandemic or not, if I wanted to keep my membership active, I would have to start paying my full dues again, because they wouldn't extend my freeze. No thanks. I'll work out somewhere else when things are back to normal.

Fitness 19 reopened two weeks ago. Today only 1 in 10 customers were wearing masks. A trainer had no mask. The two ladies at the front desk were two feet apart with their masks down so they could talk to each other. The disinfectant spray bottles were empty. This was at 8am. Grade-FAIL.

I’ve been a member for many years And this gym has broken machines for months as well as advertising that they are 24 hour when they are not. Poorly ran and hard to complete a workout with broken machines and people sitting on the ones that do work to watch TV.

A month later the hip abductor machine has been broke 3 times since last review. It will take weeks before it is repaired. This gym has one or more machines at any given time out of service. It’s a joke !!!

Unfortunately one person's terrible customer service has resulted in us deciding to cancel multiple memberships. I've visited Wildomar and Murrieta locations over the last 2 years with great service...unfortunately Menifee just doesn't seem to care about service, especially Ellie. I was also incorrectly charged for the wrong amount for one membership. I sure hope they get it together before ruining a good reputation that other locations have strived to build.

Been a member for about 4 years, I recently went to change my membership back to the basic 9.99 membership since I don't use the tanning beds and haven't been able to get to any classes. I was told that I could change it but would have to pay an enrollment fee- even though I'm already a member and have already paid an enrollment fee previously! I then cancelled my membership and they've sinced drafted my account for another month and a yearly fee even though they charge you first and last months the day you join. What a joke.

I joined in June just to use the tanning bed .
I was told it was a level five stand up .
I have been to the tan salon and used s level five stand up NO COMPARISON .

Not only that nobody is cleaning these things after people use them it’s kind of honor system type thing so make sure you grab the bleach bottle and towels and wipe it yourself because when it’ comes to cleaning such things the honor system is a no go .
That aside the bed or stand up unit was really bad quality .
My hands got more burn than any where got a tan .
It’s just a weird set up .
Since I have gone to many before I know what it should be like .
It’s 33 a month not 19 for tanning .
And they charge an enrollment fee .
So I ended up paying over 60 the first day .
After three days I went in and told them I just could not use their beds anymore .
I was told I would get my money back since it was within the five day period .
That did not happen .
I then got another 33 dollar bill the following month .

Now we are talking 95 bucks .
I called and at first the girl acted like I was not going to get refunded as I needed to cancel before five days .
She had my records in front of her .
Then she looked and said the date I told her that is within five days plus now another month .
She said I should get it all back .
Manager should call me tomorrow.
I will let you know how good their word is after I see it I get my refund .
If not then I’d say stay away from this place .
Nice when you first join.
Not so nice when you quit .’we shall see .
I’m prepared to go to upper manganese and fight this all the way .
I work to hard for my money to have it just taken out of my account like that .

This gym is terrible. Every time I go to the gym it's over crowded and can't get a single bench they have no benches located near the Smith machines. The Smith machines should be moved over closer to the free weights because people do shoulders chest with a bench on a Smith. The racks they've got set up over the freeway area for squats are lousy and they faced each other. I drive 15 miles just to go to the Fitness 19 on Hot Springs when I live on Newport Road where the gym is located. Don't even waste your time trying to work out in this gym between 5 and 9 at night.

I payed $19 a month for over a year and never used it once! I went in today to cancel (1/3/19) and still got charged the month of January understandably, but still got charged the annual fee of $39!!!! Devon the manager refused to help or look into it and said there is no corporate number and I sign the agreement and there’s nothing she could do! I literally gave them over $200 for absolutely nothing and still got robbed for a senseless $39.

I would give 5 stars but the fact that EVERY TIME that I have taken my kids with me to be in the kids club they come back sick. When I first signed up for my kids to be in the kids club, I asked if they keep that area clean and if they let sick children stay to be watched? I was told they do clean and they will not accept sick kids. That seems to be untrue given the fact that my children have gotten sick every time they go there. I feel that if I was to call and express my concerns on the cleanliness and them accepting sick kids that I will be told “I’m sorry but we do keep it clean” and that is all. They won’t be more strict on accepting sick kids. To add, I do understand kids get sick but for my kids to get sick every time they attend there is just not right.

After 4 years going to this gym, I walked in yesterday and was told i was not allowed to go there anymore because I signed up at the Mira Loma location. When I first moved out here, 4 years ago, I sat down with a rep and he had me sign a transfer letter and told me I was good to go to that location. Yesterday, I dealt with a young girl name Samantha, who was very condescending. She tried spending more time trying to explain the difference between a corporation and a franchise vs listening to my concern. I asked to speak to her Manager but she was busy with a new hire. I agreed to having them call me. I later get a call from Samantha, explaining that me and my Wife were not allowed to go to that gym. When I asked to speak to her Manager, she stated she was at a lunch. I asked her to have her call me back, never heard from Devon, I believe her name was. As a customer I did my due diligence 4 years ago to straighten out my membership status there. I even bought a membership for my mother in law and signed up my son for the kids club at that gym, also referred my brother in law and wife who are current members. Very disappointed in the lack of customer obsession and inability to help me resolve this, I truly believed in fitness 19 but definitely let me down here. I ended up canceling my kids club membership and my mother in law's membership due to this. I'll be going to Mira Loma to cancel my other memberships there too.

Joined this club in November and was really happy. Last six weeks they have not maintained the bikes and their excuse is the guy is busy helping out at the murrieta club that just opened. Really?
