GUYS PLEASE READ!!
Everything about this gym was fine until I tried to cancel my membership. To cancel, I had to call customer service, and then I was told I’d still be charged one more monthly fee before my membership would end. The reason? They said the gym requires a 30-day cancellation notice. According to the rep, this policy is buried in the agreement I signed when I joined.
No one explained this to me up front. Please make sure you read the membership agreement carefully before signing. DO NOT agree to anything that feels unfair. Personally, I don’t think this policy is fair at all. This is a gym membership, not a lease for an apartment—I shouldn’t have to give 30 days’ notice just to quit. It’s not like the gym has to go out and find a new tenant to replace me! The rep also told me that when I asked for a copy of my signed agreement, she said she emailed it to me—but it could take up to 48 hours for me to receive it. On top of that, the rep said there was nothing else she could do because it’s Fitness 19’s policy, and if I want to dispute it, I have to call my home gym directly. This is such an inconvenience and honestly a ridiculous policy that takes advantage of people without them realizing it.
Please, be careful before signing any agreement for this membership—it’s not worth the hassle.

It’s a smaller facility, which I actually prefer—it never feels overcrowded, and there’s a real sense of community. Everything is clean and well-maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping the space spotless. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
