I spoke with Aaron, the manager, and he’s always professional, productive, and willing to help whether it’s correcting my form, giving me a spot, or making sure the gym runs smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the members and the space.

If I could give a negative Star I would. The cancellation process for this gym is the most inconvenient process I have ever had to deal with. I cancelled both my memberships more than a month ago and they have the audacity to charge me a $50 equipment annual fee because my cancellation is being processed? So they mean to tell me because they haven’t cancelled my account on their end and a new year cycle has now started I’m getting charged an extra $50 for equipment that I won’t use because I cancelled my membership. On top of the fact that they still keep charging me for my cancelled memberships. And you also have to give them a 30 day notice to cancel your membership so they can finalize your account that I did get charged for and clearly even if I gave them more than a 30 day notice they still don’t cancel your membership. So realistically they need a 30 day notice for what ? And to finalize it they don’t even want to waive the $50 fee even though it’s their fault they don't finalize my account. Incredibly unprofessional and such a waste of time dealing with this gym. They wont waive any fees they know they shouldn’t charge and forget some sort of compensation for my time wasted chasing them around to cancel my membership.

They fortunately converted the group classroom into a “leg” room and added 6 lifting platforms bringing the total to 11, which means no more waiting to squat or deadlift; I wouldn't recommended olympic lifts in the leg room because sound is more compressed in there resulting in extra noisy dropped reps from shoulder or overhead heights.
Sumo is an employee who has a great attitude, willing to spot and encouraging (on flat bench near-max attempts).
There’s something positively different about this location under the new manager; probably has to do with how the male staff here are not afraid to strength-train, and while staying true natty at that.

I’m not sure why I received a email regarding my membership. They closed my gym location down and moved us. The gym is small and does not have a good amount of equipment. We moved gyms to EOS Fitness. Love EOS!!!

I left your gym and joined another for various reasons. One of which was that the rap music they played was so loud and annoying and none of the staff would do anything about. The trainer I had did not take my build and age into consideration and had me doing weight lifting and bodybuilding sets when I wanted to just firm up my stomach area. You have a bunch of kids running the place that have no maturity and don't know how to deal with anyone that's not in their age group. Fitness 19 sucks and I'll never return. LA Fitness is so much better it's astonishing.

Tell me how the hell am I supposed to give a 30 day notice to you for a membership to a gym this is not a house I didn’t agree to paying an extra 30 dollars when I signed up, you’d need to cancel the first or second day you got the membership and they definitely didn’t mention it up front maybe in the one of the 10 emails they sent me that I didn’t read for useless information

don’t have a cancellation fee but you can’t cancel it when you want, and I definitely didn’t sign any documents agreeing to it 😂

When I go to an establishment I don’t expect to have to put in a lot of work and jump through hoops to cancel my membership, beware their no fee sign on because they will shank you with the sign off fee for an extra month of a gym you will not be using

they even lied saying I had to come cancel my membership when it was on the website, to try to get me to waste my gas to come to that location
