Although Covid has closed us one more the team at planet fitness is really awesome. The workers work hard at keeping it clean I am new to the gym so for me to see them eagerly trying to keep us safe goes a long ways. I hope that we open up soon I was enjoying the location a lot and look forward to returning.

Fitness 19 is a gym in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It’s located in Thomas Winery Plaza. It’s a very clean gym. At the same time, it has a great environment to come to after work. They have excellent instructors and equipment a little bit of everything and also for those who have small children they have an excellent day care center. They have a very good customer service and there is always the staff to greet you at the front desk with a smile.

Everyone is really nice and friendly and they're all solid lifters (Brendon, Abraham, Karen, Jerry)! I always feel comfortable whenever I come in and it's always in the morning at 5am.

I love it all the members do there own thing the workers are very polite and helpful it’s not a big gym but that’s what I like it has everything I need not like commercial gyms u have to wait almost fight over machines it is very rare that I wait for a machine at fitness 19 very affordable and great atmosphere

If you want to try a good class try James! He is somehow relax at his training/classes sessions he have littlemusic wich I hope he can change that and add music however how workouts are amaziiing! He is no joke.. his classes are included with membership and he have lots of tips to loose weight or build muscle.. he is joker though, more in the serious way but isn't that what we need ladies over 30? Lol I do!!

Pretty stupid childcare hours. 4-8pm needs to be extended and there no childcare Friday unless it’s morning. Well some people work mornings and childcare being close Friday is so inconvenient. Quit the greed fitness 19 open the childcare and pay the employees

This is the location I visit most though I sometimes visit the other Rancho location. It's a very good no-frills gym with a healthy selection of different exercise machines. The equipment is clean and well-maintained and the staff are generally very friendly. I'm always annoyed by the some that have to drop their weights as if to let the whole know they are power lifting tons. Another annoyance are people that stack five or six 45 lbs. weights on both sides of the leg press machine and then leave them on after they are done. Otherwise, it's a very good and affordable gym that's local, has other locations around SoCal, and it's for the most part a nice and friendly environment to get in a quick workout.

Michael Martinez is Rude! Couldn't answer basic questions about my request for cancellation being received. Said my account was "not active" but "not showing for termination". Gets upset when I ask questions regarding new charges on my account, but excepts me not to get upset when he can't confirm if my cancellation letter was received. Answered my questions with responses such as "yup" "nope". Said no management would be there all weekend to assist me since he couldn't.

Love coming to this gym!

I have been going to Fitness 19 off and on for about the last 6 years and it is by far my favorite gym. I have attended smaller gyms, LA Fitness for a year or two, and I always come back to Fitness 19. The staff is friendly, my trainer Jerry is super on-point, and you can't beat the price.

But friends ask me all the time, "why don't you just go to LA or 24-Hour Fitness instead of Fitness 19? They're better." They say, "They have a sauna, and pool, and more machines."

So this is what I tell them:

First off, how often do you use the swimming pool? Or the sauna for that matter. Most gym-goers like myself go to the gym to do weight training and cardio. My goal is to get in and get out. Fitness 19 has all the best machines as well (like a brand new Olympic Lift Station and CrossFit Station) so it's not like your sacrificing there.

Secondly, in my experience, during peak times, like after work around 6 p.m., I rarely have a problem getting weights or machines at Fitness 19. Of course with any gym, you may have to wait a bit before getting the machine that you want to use. The big difference though, at Fitness 19, is that people are generally very nice and accommodating.

Thirdly, the money.
The sign-up fees and monthly dues of the Big Chain gyms are ridiculous. If you're spending close to $35 a month on a gym membership you really need to think about coming to Fitness 19. That's just about $420 a year not including maintenance fees or sign up. Yikes!

When you think about it, you're paying a fraction of the cost at Fitness 19 for all the same great machines and weights that you like at the bigger gyms. Plus you get nicer staff, friendlier people, and an overall great bang for your buck!

Also, if you're looking for a great trainer, Jerry is beast and is getting me looking awesome for my wedding.

I Love my gym !!! I enrolled years ago but didn't really understand the importance of working out everyday, also I really didn't know how to use the equipment. Many times over the years that I've had membership I had the intentions to cancel but because of the staff member in front of me understanding my situation knew that it would be better for me to work out as often as I could to reduce the stress that I had been going through. I'm glad that I listen to them every time it really did help me. This year when I thought to cancel instead I took the offer for a free training session. I enjoyed it so much with Diane that I paid for 12 sessions and received two free. I love the results I love my trainer I love my gym it's a great price the showers are great I can get dressed for the day in a comfortable atmosphere. I now know how to work the machines and I actually feel like I'm accomplishing something much better in my life than I had in the past. I feel amazing,

ONE Star for Poor Membership Service/Cancellation:

I moved out of town in November 2016. Upon moving, I called the gym to cancel my membership, as I had it active for the contract term (12 months) and there is not a Fitness 19 near my new home. They explained that they normally require you to cancel in person, yet due to my circumstances they will take care of the cancellation for me.
Fast forward to August 2017--- My membership is STILL ACTIVE??? The reason I'm aware that Fitness 19 Management did not follow through with their word of cancelling my membership is because I got a new debit card last month.... they have been calling me repeatedly to update my billing info & REFUSE to take responsibility for failing to cancel my membership. I have left multiple call back messages for GM David Rocasuerce to resolve this issue, yet he fails to return my call. Every. Single. Time.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Two notes:
1. Complete promised tasks for Members (i.e. Cancelling my membership 11/2016)
2. Offer the BEST Member Service and empathy when it's not taken care of almost a year later-- like, for real, just call me back with the necessary info & steps required to CANCEL my membership remotely and with assurance.

Been here for over a year! Love this gym, close by to my house , clean! Friendly staff! I love how this gym gives back to its members by doing raffles and also motivates people to want to get fit and live healthy! Sometimes the staff members are friendly by giving out tips on how to do your workout correctly and just talking to you to see how your day is going! I can't complain fits right into my budget! Terra n hector r very nice and always there to great me with a smile! I highly recommend to take Summer's circuit training class! She is a awesome trainer ! The only down fall about the gym is there is not enough machines :( sometimes you have to wait in line until the machine is unoccupied , but I don't mind! I would totally recommend this gym to anyone :)

Wow for the price I pay ($9/month) this gym is totally worth it!

Friendly staff, friendly environment, clean gym, clean restrooms, and organized weights.

Downside is that it is a little small compared to other gyms, but this is irrelavent to me. Other large gyms I been to (la fitness,24hr etc.) get just as full in comparison during peak hours(5pm-7pm) so it defeats the purpose of a huge gym.

Plus, at fitness 19, everything you need is in reach, no need to walk way across a huge gym for your next workout like at other large gyms.

Overall great price, great gym, no contract. Worth it if you enjoy a good workout without all the unneccessary equipment and luxuries of other gyms.
