I joined back in 2023 becuase they have the best zumba class! Recently ive had to switch over to weight training. I am now using the machines. That said, most machines are alwaya taken. This is not a major issue. What i find bothersome is to see people who sit at the machines while they use their phones. And they are not working out or they leave their personal items on the machine whille they speak
with their friends. You are not able to use the machine. There should be a policy to control this issue.

This gym is constantly dirty, with sweat and hair on the machines, there are hardly any cleaning wipes available. Always overcrowded, especially during peak hours, it's impossible to get on the machines you want. There aren't enough weights or machines for a proper workout. The selection is very limited. The young lady at the front desk was unhelpful, paying more attention to her handheld device.

It's a basic gym, but good. The only thing I would really complain about is the toilets, they are really always very dirty, one side of the sink is useless, there is never soap. If they charge you the minimum maintenance, the toilets should be in good condition.

I'm gonna ignore my past experiences and leave a negative rating for one thing: almost all the treamills are broken (I think in total, maybe 2 aren't). Some won't go above 6mph, some have a slight angle that isn't noticeable until you start sprintung and realise you're out of stamina before the 1/2 mile is over. The most promising one I tend to use doesn't have the angle but caps its speed at 9.8mph and starts bouncing back and forth between 9.5 and 9.8 when I try to input 10, even when the instructions say it should cap at 14mph.

Location and the equipment available is good. HOWEVER... it's very popular and can get very busy. Never go in the afternoon it's not worth it and the early morning can be frustrating as well. Honestly wish they double some of their equipment so this wasn't such an issue but its small so maybe there's just not enough space

I absolutely love this gym. Where do I begin? The employees are each so great and friendly: Natalie and the rest are all so super helpful and welcoming. And my personal trainer is top notch. She knows her stuff and has been an incredible guide to me.

The teachers are really invested in the classes and students. The classes are so fun and everything feels so accessible. Have made lots of friends with the other members. And I love the manager here, such a well-run gym. Just good vibes all around.

Clean environment, lots of equipment, welcoming community, proud to have a lifetime membership.

I also appreciate how open to every fitness level this community is. I am very heavy set, asthmatic, and was pretty nearly bed-ridden for 10 years and have only recently improved and been able to do activity again. And it feels GREAT.

A good gym with all the equipment needed for a great workout. The gym is always being cleaned by staff to maintain cleanliness. The free weights are always well organized. The front desk staff are always friendly and attentive to the needs of gym patrons, especially Destiny, Shayla, and Manny. My personal training sessions with Miguel have helped me loss fat and build muscle. Overall, I love the community feel of the gym and how well it is maintained by staff.

i have been going to this gym for about 4 months now and i love the environment, everyone is so welcoming and always greet me with a smile. Daniel has been such amazing help, gives me tips on workouts and always bring positive and good energy!

I would give -10 stars. The most disgusting experience. They charged me double from my card without my permission. For a complete stranger. Once again WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and NOTICE. I found out about this only after the contract was terminated. They continued to charge me money. I terminated the contract so I moved to another city. The employees are absolutely incompetent that they did not make sure to check any charges. I repeatedly asked to sort this issue out. But my patience ran out. The administrator is a complete zero and acts as if he is interested in stealing my money. Not to mention the fact that the gym is in a depressing state, just a dump, a very, very dirty gym. If I had known, I would never have bought a membership.
