Been going here for 8 years. Zero complaints. Awesome gym. I know the best times to go and Im not telling lol. Dustin, Marcelius, Daniel, Ari and Veronica are awesome people. All of the other staff are very welcoming. There is no judgemental folks here. Ive seen alot of life changing events over the years with long term patrons. Very clean gym. Ive looked at some of the reviews on here that are 1 star. Some seem legitimate, but many are false. Example; no lockers and sauna. That post was 8 years ago. Ive been going to this gym for 8 years. They have always had a sauna, showers, and lockers. Regarding the place being dirty.....Not true. However, I have seen the toilets clogged alot over the years, but that's because there are some nasty women who flush their tampons down the toilets which impacts the men's room as well. That's not the gyms fault. That's just some nasty women who dont belong in the gym.

I like this location much more than the Murrieta location. It's like day and night.

Love this location because the front desk people are present and greet you upon entering and exiting.

The equipment is clean and the cardio dance/zumba is better at this location as opposed to the Murrieta location.

This is a wonderful gym to join and is worth the extra 10 minute drive for me even though the Murrieta location is 5 minutes away from me.

I’ve had such a fantastic experience at Fitness 19, especially with the Zumba classes led by Erica and Emily! The energy in their classes is contagious, and they make every session so much fun while still challenging you. This gym is a diamond in the rough. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming, the manager who's been there for a few months now is always there and makes himself available at all times and the gym is never crowded. I love this gym!!! I’ve been a member at 24 hour fitness, Esporta, and LA Fitness……..none of them compare to Fitness 19!!!! Those other gyms may be newer and fancier, but they don’t have what Fitness 19 has…….the feeling of “home.” I feel like I’m going to see family every time I work out. That feeling keeps me motivated as well as accountable for my workouts!! This is because everyone at Fitness 19 cares about each other!!! Everyone encourages everyone……especially the staff!!! They all want their members to be healthy and happy and are willing to help in any way they can. You can’t find that kind of love and care at any other gym!!! The new manager that took over is awesome as well!! He really has made the gym the best it can be, and I didn't think it could get better!!

I've been a member for several years and really like the gym and the staff. I usually workout everday early in the morning before work. I'm very disappointed, yesterday evening I was having a rough day and my way to clear my mind is to go to the gym and workout. I arrived around 6:30 pm and was having a great workout feeling better then one of the employees came over at 8:03 and said sorry we're closed you have to leave now. apparently they close at 8pm on weekends. on top of that they now open later in the morning now. this is not ok, I'm sure this is not convenient for most people. when I signed up several years ago I remember them being open 24 hours most days. Sadly discouraged and might need to change to EOS that is open 24 hours everyday. I really am bummed out about this, I really like my smaller gym and the staff has been great. why is this happening?

Disappointing Experience at Fitness19 in Temecula

I visited Fitness19 today, excited to try their 5-day free pass that was advertised online. When I approached the staff, they started popping off questions about whether I was local and even asked personal questions about why I was even in the area. It felt very unwelcoming, and instead of offering me a tour or any information about possible membership options, they flat-out refused to give me the free pass because I "wasn't local." I just wanted a place to workout in after getting a new job in the area. Instead, they offered me a $15 day pass, which seemed completely unreasonable, especially for a first-time visit.

Honestly, their attitude was a huge turn-off, so I walked right across the street to EOS Fitness. The difference was night and day. The staff at EOS were much more welcoming, immediately offered me a tour of their facility, and made me feel like they actually wanted my business. They were inclusive, friendly, and had way more amenities.

If you're considering Fitness19, save yourself the hassle and just head to EOS.

Update: Staff is still great, but the sink on the left hand side in the men’s bathroom was STILL inoperable this morning , and the towel rack for the handicap shower is STILL broken off and not replaced.

The stationary fan bike seat is STILL jacked up and needs to be tightened.

The foot strap to one of the row machines is also broken.

Its been 3 weeks since this review was posted. This is just sad.

This is by far the best gym I have ever worked out at. I have been a member since 2020. I work crazy, irregualr hours but can always count on this gym to be open for me. I even got a workout today on July 4th!
There is a calm, chill atmosphere here. No big attitudes or intimidating members. All skill/experience levels feel welcome. But there is plenty of motivation too! I see members half my size, twice my age lifting more & working out harder than me. I love it! Takes my workouts to the next level.
The gym is always spotless. Fans & a/c are always cranked up. There are several machines or equipment to workout any specific muscle group. So even at peak times you can get a good workout in.
The staff is great too. My wife & I are members for life!

I started coming here in 2020 and something ive always loved about this place is how clean they keep it! Everyone here treats it like a work space, everyone cleans their area and the weights are always nicely stacked where they belong. It makes it easy to get in and out, we all know how much we dislike folks who dont re rack the weights correctly.

I was having double charged problems with my account in Menifee and Allen white helped me and continued to check up on updated when I had a problem with my account to make sure I got my refund. He took his job more seriously rather than my home gym in Menifee. Daniel Padilla did not take me seriously and would be on his phone when I asked about my refund.

Moved away from another local gym (not worth to mentioned their name). Was welcomed by a Manager named Allan with an outstanding customer service reception, who took me for a walk through showing me all the premises, classes, services etc... Manager Allan was, and I will repeat that again, was the number 1 reason on why I joined Fitness 19 as a new member. Great place (it gets busy) but sure a great place to workout. I became a member of Fitness 19 eight years ago and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Between the multitude of locations and incredible staff, a membership here is certainly worth every penny.

The atmosphere at Fitness 19 always gave me a sense that I can work hard on getting my body in shape without being judged. The indoor areas provide proper ventilation 24/7 which is great when you are doing a high intensity workout. Outdoor areas are also available for those who prefer to workout in the elements. On top of it all, this gym never seems to be super packed so most machines and weights are available for use in a relatively short period of time.

Perhaps the biggest impact that Fitness 19 can provide is the supportive staff. Whether its getting tips on lifting weights or having a friendly chat about life, they really do make it feel like friends and family work there.

In terms of administrative help, I can honestly say that the other reviews that you see on here represent rare occurrences and do not actually reflect the majority of issues that staff have resolved successfully regarding their membership. In fact, I had an issue for the first time in years with my membership status since I was mistakenly given the wrong forms to fill out. I came to Temecula Pkwy location today and Alan (the manager) took care of it right away and ensured me that the error would never happen again under his watch.

Now THAT, is unmatched customer service.

When people tell me how horrible their gym's are, I laugh at them because they've clearly never been to Fitness 19 at Temecula Pkwy. Alan and his incredible staff do a top notch job at running things there and I highly recommend locals to try it out. And who knows. Maybe it'll change your life too like it did mine these past eight years.

The gym before Covid was fantastic....then Covid brought out their true colors.

There is a "mask mandatory" sign on the front entrance, so I respect the sign and wear a mask in only to find out I was the only member masked (minus the masked staff). The place was packed.

I asked the staff why they were not following their own guidelines, they said they were letting the guests decide for themselves.

When I cancelled my membership and explained how disturbing it is seeing hundreds of guests sweating, coughing, and not cleaning up before/after themselves during this pandemic....the staff member rolled his eyes. The hypocrisy of someone rolling their eyes at what I was explaining WHILE THEY WEAR A MASK.

***Meanwhile their business neighbors are working diligently to stay open under these over the top restrictions.

I bought a weighted vest, do calisthenics, and saved on gas and time now.

Good luck with that outdoor gym equipment when the actual rain arrives.

I have gone to this gym for almost two years and I absolutely love it! It's definitely a major upgrade from the last gym I went to. This gym is simple, it has all the equipment you need for any workout. Good gyms don't need a pool or a basketball court to lure me in, ha ha. In the past I've had a lot of questions about the gym whether is about memberships, training, or other general questions, Stormy is always there to answer my questions and educate me on what's new at the facility. Along with Stormy, Hunter is also another employee that stands out to me, he always makes sure the facility is looking great. They're both very friendly, fun to talk to and I enjoy seeing them every time I walk into Fitness 19!

I was deployed when my previous gym went out of business and for some reason I was continued to be billed. Fitness 19 evidently carried over those memberships from the old gym. Not once was I ever notified and so I had no idea why I was still getting billed. I moved shortly after and the only way I could stop getting billed is by canceling my debit card. After the next payment wouldn’t go through fitness19 Finance department started calling me... and that is how I found out Fitness 19 was behind this. They won’t let you cancel over the phone, via email, or online. Complete scam. New customers have to be aware!!!!

I joined a different gym that went out of business, fitness 19 bought the memberships of that gym. I called and ask my membership to be cancelled 18 months ago. Today I found out I am still being billed to a gym I dont live near that I thought was canceled. I called and of course they state that they dont have documentation of that and there is nothing they can do. The customer service of this place is horrible.

This rating is for the Zumba instructor Suzanna, who rudely yelled at me for returning weights, quietly as I have been instructed to do by Fitness 19 staff. I was using the smaller weights with my special needs daughter so she too could have access to the gym that we pay for. Suzanna did not care to listen to my side of the story ( I’ve asked staff & was told to return weights) but rather proceeded to yell at me that it was a liability because I might drop a weight on one of her students. That’s so absurd. Next time I guess I’ll just leave them out for someone to trip over. Thanks for making me feel so welcome at Fitness 19.

Just joined this gym. The place is small, nice selection of equipment for the size,has a daycare and classes. Im used to a small gym so i dont mind.
Usually get the machines or weights i want when i need em' if not lots of alternatives.
I used to go to chuze and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The staff here not so much. Young boy at the front acts like hes doing you a favor by checking you in. No smiles or hellos. I dont necessarily care but your job is customer service. Other than that its a decent place and will be relocating to a bigger place soon so theres that.

Staff is extremely disrespectful. Walking in the gym you do not feel welcomed you are just another member to them. Floor space is very claustrophobic. You will bump into someone or piece of equipment every time you are in the free weight or machine area. The hours are not good on the weekends, 7-7. This gym doesn't have a locker room or a shower. This gym does not have a sauna or steam room. Membership prices have hidden fees also banking account info is needed to sign up making it very difficult to cancel. Set yourself apart from negativity guys do not go to fitness 19 temecula.

Good gym but machines are too close together, it gets crowded easily and the building cant be expanded so you get what you pay for. A big down side for me is the lack of showers. They have changing rooms but it doesn't help when you sweat so much you just need a shower after a workout. Also the late open. And early close on the weekends sucks. If you could afford or get a deal at 24 hour fitnessi would recommend that instead

I rarely go during the day anymore cuz you just can't get anything done without having to wait 10+ mins for a machine or benches, and that sucks! Pros: Clean gym. Friendly staff and patrons. Lots of aerobic type classes if you're into that. Lots of TV's well positioned around the facility for easy viewing from the free weight area and the bike/treadmill area. Convenient to the Redhawk area of Temecula. Very economical - best bang for the buck in town in my opinion.

Cons: The con is that this place is not a secret. It is usually very crowded. I normally have to wait to use some piece of equipment during every workout. It's not a show stopper but it is annoying. But not annoying enough to stop going. It just forces me to try to get in during off-peak hours to allow for an uninterrupted workout.
