This gym is the dirtiest I've ever seen it. Treadmill today was absolutely disgusting. What happened to the 2 young hispanic gentlemen who were constantly cleaning and signing up new members all the time? I want to say one of them was named Burt? Come on guys there has got be 20 gyms within 5 miles of this one and I think I'm going to go check them out. Sad, because I think I've been a member her for 10 to 12 years.

Fitness 19 will take your $$!!!! For 2 months I've been waiting for a credit, that was a wrong charge and STILL cant get my $$ back... When I go into the gym and ask about it, they say "it's out of our hands"... Its a shame they can easily take, and not do the right thing and correct their mistakes..

Cons:
This is THE DIRTIEST gym I have EVER been to. It’s wild! I’ve attached two photos of the bottom of the treadmill but the entire workout area is like this. I understand that the equipment isn’t going to be cleaned constantly but it looks like the machines haven’t been cleaned in MONTHS. When I used to exercise at PF, it was very common for me to see staff members cleaning machines/restroom during the duration of my workout. All I could think about were the germs and build up of sweat!
Also, there is only one type of class here at this gym which was a little disappointing. I’m assuming that’s because of the space issue? I’m not sure. The gym is pretty small and feels a little cramped. I can’t imagine what working out here is like whenever it’s super busy.

Pros:
I do want to say that the staff members are relatively friendly, approachable and ready to help with any questions or concerns that you might have which was nice. Despite the workout area, the restrooms were clean! Lastly, as far as I know, I also didn’t have any issues with canceling my membership which was helpful.

All in all, not a terrible gym. Could definitely use some improvements though I guess. FOR ME, it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Gym is always dirty and not worth going to when we have gyms that are more taken care of in the area. Not to mention they refuse to help you cancel your account and then keep charging you for months on end even after you inform them you have moved out of state. It's a corrupt company.

Fitness 19 is one of my favorite gyms. They facility has always been very clean and the staff is accommodating to their clientele. If they stay on course, I will remain a lifetime member...
Update, I haven't gone for many months due to the pandemic and I am pleased to say it's still the clean courteous gym that it's always been.

10/17/22 update: still love this gym!!! Clean! Plenty of cardio equipment. So glad I am a member here.

Adequate equipment, but could use more 45 lb. plates and more personnel to keep the gym clean and machines in the weight areas arranged for easy, unobstructed access. Never crowded in the 7a.m. to 9:00 a.m. hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Room for improvement as stated above.

Should probably put a time limit on some of the equipment. There are only 2 squat racks and there are people that spend over 3 hours at one during peak hours every single weekday. I literally waited 3 hours to use a squat rack the other day and eventually left because they were still there. Literally from the time the gym opens until 9-10AM. I haven’t been able to use a squat rack all week because of this. I’ve seen one person in particular hold their stuff there as well while using other machines and it’s really inconsiderate to other gym members that also pay for their membership. Aside from this the gym is great. Staff is friendly and equipment is nice and clean.

This place is fantastic, walking distance from my house and amazing staff. The manager Aaron has always been extremely helpful as has all of the staff who works there. Equipment is in good condition and they keep rotating in newer gear all the time. I've never had a bad experience in over 2 years of going here.

My membership was transferred after You Fit went under. I did not know what to expect from this gym. i went to Wildomar location to see what they had to offer, i was surprised at the staff as they were so helpful and friendly. Being new there I thought they would try to offer you programs that I did not need or want but again that never came up. I am very pleased with my experience at this location. BTW, I have a great trainer, Tabetha....

The staff is awesome. Has everything you need to get in shape, that is if you can get to any of the equipment. But honestly Im writing this review because of the encounters I've had with people there. The rudest people I swear. Never once have I have felt like that at a gym. Bad gym crowd vibes which makes me not even want to go there sometimes. They obviously need some lessons in gym etiquette. But I will say this, I truly do love the staff. They don't have complete control of all the gym douches. Sucks because its so close to home. Oh well

The staff here is very friendly. I have been a member now for about two years. I have not used the trainers but see their customers and they really seem to get good results. Staff is constantly cleaning. That is important to me personally. This is one of the less crowded Fitness 19's (I have been to over 10 in SoCal). They just put in a new Hydro-massage bed and a tanning station. They have child care available and are very attentive to your kiddos. My daughter loves going. There is not a room for any classes.

I love this gym! The child care hours are really reasonable, the room is also clean, and the staff try to keep kids as calm as possible. The gym overall is really nice. The staff is nice and helpful if there is a question about how to use a piece of equipment they show how to use it. I think the only 2 cons would be the small bathrooms and no showers. Otherwise this gym is wonderful and fits my needs :)

Its a small gym, but has most of the equipment you'd want. It gets pretty crowded during the peak hours (particularly in the evening), so getting the dumbbells or machines you want can be challenging sometimes. However, the staff is friendly and the gym is very clean. You get quite the value for the low membership price!

This Gym is a total rip off. They charged my bank account twice one week after I canceled my membership. I went to cancel my membership two years ago but of course they talked me into a reduced monthly fee. It was $14 a month then they reduced it to $12 but now you can sign up for $9. The original reason I wanted to cancel was that after I paid for 4 trainings the trainer visited with her family while training me on my dime. I only had a 1/2 hour at a rate of $25. This is why I train at home. Plus I have no body watching me sweat.

This gym is great, especially if you have kids, their kids center is clean and very very affordable. All staff have been nothing but nice and helpful. I am very happy with my choice here, and for myself and my two kids its under 32 monthly!
