When I visit California, I go to the Zumba class here led by Holly Woods, and it is one of the best parts of my week. You can tell Holly puts a lot of effort into the routines, and the dances are very fun and make you feel like a good dancer. I’m not very fit, but nobody is judgmental at all and we’re all just having a good time trying to keep up with the dances. An hour passes in no time, and as somebody who has failed to workout for an hour straight many times, I can say with confidence the time passes very quickly and after only a few sessions it was much easier to keep up. Holly seems to be having a fantastic time teaching the class, and her energy is infectious. I highly recommend giving her class a try, it’s well worth the membership!

So yesterday was my first day at this gym and I had attended a Zumba class with my sister-in-law. The instructor was so amazing and welcoming. She didn’t make me feel like I was not doing the class right. Right after she was doing another class called I believe hit and that was such an amazing time. Didn’t have any clue what it was about I just had fun. The women were so encouraging. Today I came back and decided to do yoga. I feel amazing and the gym has been clean and welcoming. I don’t feel outta place or like people are judging. Will definitely continue to come back!!!

Predatory behavior. If you cancel before your next pay period you still have to pay the next months membership. What an absolute joke. Don’t do business with these people. I signed up for one month because I was moving and ended up paying an extra $110 when I cancelled before the next billing cycle. This was not mentioned during sign up. I had recently moved to the city and was excited to find a gym to help me settle into a new routine. Unfortunately, my experience at this gym was deeply disappointing.

First, the gym itself is quite small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to get a proper workout or find space to exercise comfortably. More importantly, I encountered an environment that felt unwelcoming.

I experienced several incidents where individuals were rude, and in some cases, their behavior and comments were overtly racist. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and out of place. I had hoped to find a supportive, inclusive space to work on my fitness, but instead, I was met with the opposite.Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my membership.

As a professional athlete who’s trained here for 10 plus years. I canceled my membership today. Due to the staff at this facility treating me horribly. I highly suggest if you have a membership here. Do cancel, this facility is falling apart. From the machines being broken, floors dirty, employees doing as they please, and also neglecting the members. The manager in charge of this facility. Doesn’t have proper training to manage this facility. I personally know the CFO adam, and this is such a heart break for me to do. Canceling this membership after 10 strong years. Especially after working closely with garret the older manager. I am devastated as an athlete. That I can no longer pour my heart into this place.

I’ve contributed to this facility by giving them 50 million plus in free views. I’ve giving away free promotions and have built a beautiful community inside of it. I have also brought in new members for them. It’s heartbreaking to go. For those who know me I’ll miss you guys sincerely.

The service I received from Justin at the Yucaipa location was beyond amazing. He was professional but fun and took so much time to resolve issues that we had with an old account and get a new one set up for my son. To say he went above and beyond doesn’t come close. I forgot my sweetshirt here. I called and staff told me they had it. I went back 30 min later and it was gone. They couldn't even tell who I spoke with over the phone. I didn't get the name since I was literally driving back.
This gym is really stinky. I have never seen any of them working or cleaning. Always chatting at the counter. The bathroom is horrible filthy and never soap to even wash your hands. This was my daughter's first time back at kid's club in years. She enjoyed her time there and played cards with the students and staff. Everyday that I come to Fitness 19 in Yucaipa I have a good experience with the new machines they put in, it's great and then while I exercise there they have a kids club where they take care of my daughters and the girls there are very kind and nice. They have a lot of toys to play with and that way I feel comfortable exercising. They also have Zumba , exercise and yoga classes. You can also have your own trainer to lose weight or gain muscle. I've been with them for 10 years and they always treat me well.
