Serena is absolutely wonderful! She comes to Noah Homes to lead Zumba, country line dancing, and both individual and group workout sessions that are perfectly tailored to each person’s abilities. Her energy is contagious, and she always makes exercise fun and engaging. Everyone looks forward to her visits, and she has a special way of making each person feel included, encouraged, and capable. Serena truly brings joy, movement, and positivity to our community.

Serena is an awesome instructor to our folks! She has been leading a weekly Zumba and Line Dancing class for our community for over two years, and it’s the favorite part of everyone’s week. She is always fun, upbeat, kind, and motivating, and makes any necessary accommodations to get everybody moving their bodies. Class with her is always a great time!

Now that my husband and I are in our eighties, we have become more and more aware of issues with balance, weakening of our muscles, stiffness, and lack of motivation to stay active. When I experienced Serena in action leading a group of seniors, I immediately signed her up as our personal trainer. She comes to our home twice a week for 30 minute sessions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the challenges seniors face as they age. She has tailored our exercises to our needs. For example, she has my husband work on strengthening his golf swing. She also includes exercises to strengthen the mind. Her energy and positive spirit make exercising fun! We are fortunate to have Serena assist us enrich our lives and do recommend her wholeheartedly! My son has cerebral palsy and lost the ability to walk during covid. Serena has been working with him to strengthen his muscles and he has greatly improved; walks with a walker now and can walk short distances by himself. He loves working with her and looks forward to his sessions. I highly recommend her!
