Last year, I started training with Dan before I started my first year of college. I wanted to work out with a coach who would help me achieve my fitness goals. However, after meeting Dan, I knew that I was going to gain so much more than just a toned body.
Dan not only trained me so that it was ideal for MY body, but he also taught me very valuable tools that I can use during my everyday life. For example, I learned that working out is so much more than just having "a butt and abs"; it has so much more to do with your mindset and attitude.
Through Dan, I've learned to have a calmer peace of mind and to actually get excited to work out, as well as eating healthier. Now, I'm about to start my second year of college and I can still say that after training with Dan for two summers, I still learn something knew about myself every time I work out!

My daughter and I have been with Dan for two month now, and we are very pleased with the results we got. I was never overweight anything and I went to gym 3-4 times every week before I met Dan. However, I didn't looked the way I wanted. At that time I didn't know what did I do wrong. After we trained by Dan, only two month I see dramatic changes on my body--I am much leaner and I can see my arms, my shoulders, and my thighs have beautiful definition. My daughter who is 15 years old has increased her ability in her PE class at her high school. Now I realized that knowledge for how to workout the body is very important. Before I spent same among the time in gym, but little had changed the look on my body. Dan is a fantastic coach. I really feel I jumped started the rest of my life because of his training. Dan is a very nice trainer and also a very nice man. He help me to lose weight around 28 lbs in half year. He push me hard when we do workout, the result is excellent!
