So let me begin by saying I lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks and I feel great! I enjoyed the workouts and loved that they were only 40 minutes long, makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Erik and Allyson were amazing and always kept me motivated to keep going. I will continue to work hard at loosing weight, but want to say Thank You to everyone at FITMO for giving me the power to push on! If you can stick to the work outs, and the meal planning, this is the GYM for you!

I want to give a huge thanks to the whole fitness and motion team!! All the trainers where awesome and made sure we did a great job. I can truly say I'm really happy with the results never thought i could make this change but i did it ..waking up every morning at 5 am to work out. is hard but i did get used to it and it sure gave me energy the rest of the day Food prepping another different experience it sure does save one a lot of money not having to do any quick stops at a fast foods i know ill definitely try my best to continue doing that all the food choices where great I've learned that its not as necessary to have either salt or sugar in your food to taste good.. I reached over my Goal and lost 25 lbs in this 6 week Challenge Thank you again.. =)

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I lost 21.8 lbs. It wasn't easy, but so worth the push. Allyson and Erik were awesome trainers and modified my workouts to accommodate old knee injuries. They both made class fun and helped teach me how to work out properly. The meal plan was fine, I was never hungry. If you commit, show up to each work out, don't cheat, and add cardio as much as you can then the 20lbs will come off. Thanks for a great experience!

I was able to drop 22.6 pounds with the help of the coaches at Fitness and Motion. The 6 week challenge was an experience that I would definitely do it again if it wasnt for my financial siuation. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this to anyone looking for not just a quick fix but a lifestyle change. I'm so happy I took the necessaryΒ  steps to get involved with the fitmo family!

I was one of those people who doubted the result of these type of programs, but I had reached my highest weight. I had to do something and for me my biggest problem is getting motivation and doing the exercise correctly such as posture. The Fitmo trainers do an exceptional job to motivate you because they are always positive and make sure you do the exercise correctly to get the most of it. I'm not going to lie, it was hard to lose weight but doable. This program is very successful and they are good at what they do. I have finished my challenge and lost 4inches off my waist and a total of 29 pounds. Not only did you guys help me lose all this weight, but helped me to adapt to a healthy life style. I feel better about myself and comfortable. If I can do it, you can too. Thank you Fitmo fam.

So while I celebrate... here is my review.

I was always wanting to lose some weight but never had the motivation to do so and I always saw these challenges. Admittedly I never really believed that they worked. It got to the point where I really looked into the FITMO team and it was these guys who's pushed me over the edge into actually starting up again. It was important to me to lose weight so I could get back to where I was. I used be a lot lighter but I had some issues that helped me to gain weight. A staph infection in 2011 and a right temporal lobectomy in 2013. All this set me back and I've been wanting to get back in the game again. FITMO have started me up, helped me every step of the way and eventually watched me cross the finish line at a loss of 25.8lbs. Also I lost several inches in wait and hip line as well as 7% body fat!! Now I'm going to carry on alone and keep the weight off and get back in to racing dirt bikes. I also wanted to lose weight to be presentable as a football coach and FITMO have helped me. I didn't see myself as a good physical model for football when I was larger and out of shape. So I also did this for appearance so that my players might believe in me a little more. It's true though, would you really listen to a Personal trainer who eats junk food all day, doesn't train and look unhealthy? I've never been so committed for a plan, I stool to the meal plan, posted my meals and my big shops that lasted us for our challenge. I stuck to the plan and FITMO are keeping their word.

I've been struggling with my weight for 3 years already eversince I gave birth to my youngest son and when I joined this challenge, couldn't believe i lost 20.6 lbs for just 6 weeks. Really like the instructors because they motivate me to do more cardio and be healthy at the same time. Highly recommended this place!

This challenge really gave me the results that I was looking for in a very short period of time. Not only did I see dropped weight and a loss of inches (24.5 lbs and 5 inches in my waist), I also was able to make a lifestyle change that I intend on maintaining. The classes were tough but easy enough to keep up with. I attended the Escondido location and would have liked to see more options for class times, but this location is new and I'm sure more will open up as their clientele builds. I'd definitely recommend this to friends, family, and anyone who wants to make a change in their lifestyle.

I just finished their 6 weeks 20 lbs challenge and without them, I would've never jump started my road to a better/healthier life! I lost 22.6lbs with their diet plan, HIIT classes (5am class woowoo!), and guidance. Thank you Danny, Aurelie & the rest of the trainers for pushing us!

If you're looking for a high motivated way to lose weight, please please please do yourself a favor and sign up here. I've tried other gyms and haven't been able to lose weight like this.

Danny and his team of coaches were very transparent with the processes and what was required for this challenge. Out of the class options available, I chose to keep the 5AM session for the entire 6 weeks, which seems daunting, but is really an awesome time slot for a workout! I really enjoyed the Fitmo classes and the workout gained every morning before work. This was an awesome way to start the day and get into a consistent meal routine. The meal plan was easy to follow, especially if you planned ahead for the week via meal prepping on Sunday nights. Although cardio was optional, for me it was required, as I really needed a hard kick after reaching a bit of a plateau into my fourth week, compared to a great start my first week.

In the last two weeks of the challenge, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it because to me I still had so much to lose. I started week 5 of the challenge by being 11 lbs short of my goal. For me this seemed overwhelming, but I did not give up, this only made me work harder. I STTP all the way, kicked my cardio into overdrive and with hard work and dedication to the process; I came out on top and successfully beat this challenge. My total loss was 21.4 lbs in 6 weeks.

This challenge is one of the greatest things I’ve ever done, because it took a lot of hard work, consistency and effort on my part to see it through and beat it. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this challenge; therefore I have many thanks to the Fitmo coaches, team members, and other challengers. I hope to start the New Year by becoming a member at the Escondido Fitmo. Thanks again to all!

I just completed the 20 pounds in 6 week challenge.. I am so excited.. I lost 20.4 pounds. Danny and his team kept me motivated thru the whole process. I have never been one to stick to a weight loss program for very long, but with their motivation and encouragement I did it. I look better and feel so much better. Thank you so much Fitmo!! I would highly recommend this challenge to anyone.. it's so worth it!

One more addition location to this fabulous Gym. Now I have one close to my work and another one close to home, No more excuses.

The coaches there are the best, they will become your Friends and Family too. I would like to thank my coaches, Endurance Erick, Strong Aurelie, Stamina Stephanie, Tall Tim, Fury Fahad and Daring Danny. They are not only Knowledgeable about workouts and food they also really care for you.
You fell the +ve energy flowing there and you will really happy about burning calories.
I have tried to stay fit and healthy for past 8 years, FITMO is the only place where it become reality. I highly encourage those people out there who enjoy group settings and like to workout with others and have fun and want to shed some fat, this is the place. All you need to do is listen to coaches. Sure, you can do it on your own, but if that was the case, you would have done it already, so why not try something new? I am sure you will thank me later. So far I have 12 of my friends joined here and everyone is happy and fit.

Lets get fit Escondido.
