Between Shawn and Adele, this personal training power couple is so well rounded and knowledgeable about everything fitness. Their approach is thoughtful and made to help you make life style choices that have long lasting results, not just quick fixes. I loved training with Adele when I was pregnant and post-partum, and I loved training with Shawn when my goal was to put on more muscle.

Shawn is an outstanding trainer. I’ve worked with him for 13 years through multiple injuries and a major back surgery. He is able to individualize a plan no matter what your issues. He is kind, thoughtful, always supportive but pushes you to work at your maximum capacity. You’re unlikely to get hurt because he sets things appropriate to your level and ensures you’re using correct form. I highly recommend him.
