Robert has been training my son who plays club volleyball for last several months. My son used to experience much knee pain after practices and tournaments. Learning about his pain, Robert incorporated trainings to strengthen surrounding muscles to decrease his knee strain. As a result, my son is a lot stronger and his knee pain is much improved (30% pain vs 100% prior)!

Robert loves and excels at his work- I’d highly recommend him.

I’d been on and off with lifting and really wanted to take lifting seriously this year so I decided to go to Robert. And I’m so glad I did!

Robert is super knowledgeable and so kind. He helped me stick to a workout plan that worked around my busy schedule. The tips and tricks that he showed me made lifting feel so much better and it honestly made lifting so much more enjoyable. He also helped me with my form on a variety of lifts - the depth and quality of his explanations made so many things click for me.

As if he couldn’t help me with more he also helped me with a persistent knee pain Id been dealing with. After a couple of sessions and select exercises it was gone!

I can’t say enough about Robert he’s actually just so good and passionate about what he does. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone especially anyone who’s trying to figure things out in the gym. Thank you so much Robert!

I’d been plateaued for a long time before training with Robert, and he helped me by fixing my form and focusing on technique I’d been overlooking. He knows the technical side of lifting and explains it in a way that’s easy for me to apply. He's also helped me build realistic strategies to stay consistent. This is a great fit for beginner and even intermediate lifters who want to get stronger and focus on lifting right for longevity. I highly recommend giving Robert a try.

Robert has been, by far, the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. The biggest eye-opener was realizing that even though I had been training extremely hard, I wasn’t making real, transformative progress - aside from how I thought I looked. Robert showed me that hard work isn't 100% of the puzzle: there's so many small tweaks I can do to different exercise movements to constantly push past strength plateaus. I've had so many 'why didn't i think of that?' moments while training under him. He took my bench from 135 to 235 in 6 months, and my lower back and leg strength has also exploded. So def recommended.

I’ve been lifting for a while, but I always felt stuck when it came to my bench press. After just one session with Robert, I saw a huge difference. He took my bench from 185 for 5 reps to 185 for 9 reps in just one workout!

What really impressed me was how well Robert understood the technical aspects of lifting. He pointed out small adjustments that made a big difference, from my grip width to the way I engaged my chest and triceps. It wasn’t just about pushing harder; it was about lifting smarter.

If you’re serious about getting stronger and more efficient in your lifts, Robert’s your guy. He doesn’t just throw generic advice at you – he actually knows his stuff and tailors it to your specific needs.
