Drew is an amazing strength and fitness trainer! He is great at tailoring a program to meet individual needs and goals. I’m a little older (in my 70s), and still very active, but absolutely did not want to do any kind of “boot camp” workout. Drew created a workout routine that focused on building strength and improving balance, which was perfect for me. He’s very encouraging, not judgmental (which is very important if you want help, not criticism), and really listens to what you want out of a program. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of starting a personal fitness journey, or are simply wanting to add to your current routine, or would like to try something different from whatever you are doing now.

I was hesitant to start personal training because of my age, ongoing pain from knee arthritis, and the fact that I had both hip and knee replacements. I also hadn’t exercised in years, so I wasn’t sure what I was even capable of anymore.
Working with Drew completely changed that mindset. I discovered that I could build strength and stamina, even with the pain and physical limitations I thought would hold me back. He adapted every exercise to work around my discomfort and focused on strengthening the muscles that support my joints. I realized I’m far more capable than I ever imagined.
I truly enjoyed the workout routine and the way Drew gradually increased the difficulty, it kept me challenged but never overwhelmed. I always felt supported and encouraged. Finishing a workout left me feeling proud, energized, and ready to take on the day. And I have to admit, I really enjoyed losing weight, too!
Some of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced include improved strength, greater stamina, and much better posture. I would absolutely recommend Drew as a personal trainer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and created a personalized program just for me. He emphasized proper form in every movement, which kept me injury-free throughout. He even provided a nutrition guide that helped me lose weight and develop healthier eating habits. Drew is attentive, supportive, and truly invested in helping you reach your goals, he genuinely celebrates your progress right along with you.
And I’ll always remember his little coaching gems like “squeeze the lemon” and “last one, best one”!

I would highly recommend seeing coach Drew if you need help with your nutrition and fitness goals! I started with him right after I found out I was pregnant. I was a little worried at first, but after clearance from my doctor to continue working out, coach Drew used his resources to make sure we did safe workouts and modified things to fit my personal needs. I was able to continue staying active and consistent through my pregnancy and felt much more confident because of it. I have had the honor to work with Fitness Drew (Coach) to support my goals of becoming healthier through changes in activity, diet, and attitude. I was reluctant to work with a trainer for I felt like it would be the same story of working out so much in the first day, that I would be so sore I could not move. I also had an objection to the idea that I could find the time to accomplish the program. Drew supported me by starting with an evaluation of my capabilities. Next, he set up a program that matched my level of fitness. Slowly over time he not only established trust, but he also had increasingly encouraged me to do just a bit more. Drew is much, much more than a personal trainer. He is an example of someone who works hard, supports others to obtain their goals, and is a great source of expert help. I have a rare kidney disease and with his support and the support of my doctors, I am slowly improving my health without the gimmicks and get fit fast methods that are often seen on Instagram and other social media platforms.

I began working with Coach Drew in October of 2021. I was going to be 65 in December and wished to get myself in better shape. I was nervous about working with a trainer because I was afraid that they wouldn't understand that I had arthritis in my left knee and a bad right shoulder and would have me workout in a way that could make these issues worse.
Coach Drew is fantastic! He set up a program specifically for me. He encourages me to push myself in ways that I would not have done on my own. He is always positive, upbeat and has the knowledge of what exercises will strengthen the muscles around my arthritic joints.
I am stronger and have gained muscle, my clothes fit better, and my workouts are one of the highlights of the week.

Drew was my personal trainer during Covid, not a normal time, but despite that, exercises were tons of fun. We covered many topics, I improved my diet and lost weight. A lot of advice that Drew Drew gave me during that time I am still using, including lifestyle choices, approach to food and diet in general. I continue to use many exercises Drew taught me. 5 stars for sure! If i could say 1000 stars I would! Coach Drew is AH-MAZING!! He's so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, humorous, and oh, so patient!! I completed a 2 month, online course with him as my trainer and I loved every minute! He gets me pumped and excited to continue to move forward! He's encouraging and so supportive and held me accountable. He always helps and guides me through the process, easily. I've learned to eat properly and nutritiously that makes me feel great and lose weight! I lost over 12 pounds in 2 months! And I'm keeping that going. He's taught me how to stay healthy and fit! I recommend Drew to anyone who wants to better themselves and to BE their best self!! This training is science based and he knows what he's doing!
