Here at 5:14am again on a monday at the Fairfield, California location and no one showed up to open up. This has happened atleast 10 times in the last year. Very frusterating when you bring your work clothes and drive 35 miles to this gym. They also have a bs rewards program, you download their app and they make offers that they do not offer or redeen like free shirts, water bottles etc. I've been trying to get my earned "Free Shirt" since november of last year, the owner has ignored my attempts to contact them about it. I DO NOT reccomend F.IMT Republic Fairfield, California location.

Just joined and so far so good. They are never crowded which I love. You can get a great workout with no distractions or waiting for equipment. They do offer classes which is 1 of the reasons I picked this gym. A lot of cardio machines. The weight room is a good size but I feel the weights and equipment are too close together. Trying to lift weights at the mirror to check form is a bit tight. The hydro massage bed is great! They have a chair and a bed to get a massage.

Great place to workout. Not sure what hidden fees ppl are talking about? It’s a flat rate a month. If you want to cancel, never had a problem or hassle. If you have trouble reading “fine print” the problem is not with the business. Jem the new trainer for the classes is on point. He pushes everyone to do more and his energy is very laid back but still high. Good balanced combo. Within an hour he will have your shirt wet with sweat. Depending how hard you push yourself. Gotta push yourself passed your comfort zone. Get in fitness evolution and sign up. Tell em I referred you:) lol

Horrible contract experience.. You go there expecting to use a free pass instead you endup with a contract only to find out that it is almost impossible to cancel as they do not have customer service phone no. and for sure they withdraw money from your account constantly... I Requested a cancellation numerous times... I had to place a complaint via BBB in order to cancel my membership... NOT RECOMMENDED go somewhere else.... save yourselves a headache.

We went to this gym on 2016 and took the plan that has a group exercise thing and because there's not much people attending the group exercise It stopped so we are just using the basics which is the machine.. we tried to downgrade our plan and they said I need to pay extra $50 more for downgrade when it's not.our fault why the group exercise stopped. I was so mad I cancelled our subscription and they still.charge me 2 months after cancellation!!

NOTE: On your first week they will convince u to get a trainor and after u refused to they will not even talk or smile at you anymore!!

I love how they have a massage room where you can get a massage (from a machine) whenever you need it. I use it for my lower back pain. 15 mins is the max but it still gets the job done. You walk out feeling really good.

Ask to dowin grade my membership because the because the classes aren't for me. The condiscending staff member informed me that there is a (very unreasonable) 49.99 downgrade fee. I opted to cancel the membership because I do not want pay a such an unreasonable fees. I'm a nurse at a county jail and do not treat inmates in such a disrespectful manner. I do not expect to be treated this way by a company that i pay for a service. This happened on 5/9/2017 at 1500. I do not recomend dealing with this company.

I should have followed my gut when there was only one staff member on duty and it took over an hour to sign up.

I'm start go happy to this gym in 2015 but in 2016 I'm move to the other city. My account still going with this gym and they take out from my account $30 every single month, one time $78 ... and the horrible part when I went there somebody sign for me ! Is almost $350 they return $180 ... is horrible 😏!I never come back!
