Big facility, extremely affordable...$ 10 bucks per month, they charge 1 membership fee anually... I think its, like $ 40 bucks. Except for a few machines, the equipment is old. Great local place to augment memberships like 24 hour fitness or Golds, blah blah, gymheads no what's up!!

Desde hace 3 meses cancele mi membrecia y me siguen cobrando no se lo recomiendo. Amenos que les expliquen bien los términos y las condiciones y figense bien porque sigen cobrando aunque haigan cancelado no lo recomiendo por su forma de seguir cobrando solo es canselando su numero de cuenta de banco

For the price of $10 a month, it's a great gym, has all the equipment a power lifter would need like bench, squat and deadlift platform. I'm addition they have a pool, sauna and stem room, at least for the men I know.

It's been really awesome experience for me. The people and staff are all really friendly and the equipment is in good shape. I would recommend Fitness Evolution to anyone of my friends that wanted a life changing experience in health and fitness.

Good gym , no pushy trainers and the staff are all chill and laid back . There's quite a bit of broken and faulty equipment that needs replacement; not bandaid repairs . There is plenty of cardio equipment , except there are only 3 stairmasters and one is always busted . The dumbbell rack has come a long way except for the missing 80lb dumbbell and the the disappearing of some dumbbells under 25 lb , as long as you are not here during peak hours you can get a decent workout . Now the bad news , only 2 good squat racks the other 2 are in the crossfitt room and don't have guards . Good luck finding a working leg press , when this was health and fitness the same machines were here and also not working . There was some investment in the jungle gym at the front of the gym but besides that it's all the same stuff . Get a leg press please Jesus even Gold's and anytime have a decent leg press .

Changed owners a few times but now Fitness Evolution has improved it. With included hydro massage, Tanning and sauna it's a much better deal than other clubs around. Gets the job done for a good price.

This place is just what I needed. Lots of different ways to workout. The staff is very helpful. I've met a lot of nice people working out at different levels but all willing to assist with how to use a machine. I am so glad I took the first step in getting my fitness goals met. Give it a try. You can't beat the price!

I cannot recommend this gym due to their hidden fees and an onerous cancellation policy. If you must join, read the contract very closely so you understand exactly what you are getting into. It is the longest gym membership contract I've ever seen - 19 clauses that pretty much allow them to charge all kinds of service charges and debit your account whenever they want without advance notice.
On paper it sounds like a good deal but with the extra fees (like an annual "Rate Guarantee" fee) it's no cheaper than any other gym and possible more expensive.
The gym itself is shabby and dark, smelly, and most of the equipment is old and broken. They have a few new pieces in the lobby to give a good initial impression but the cardio equipment is old and clunky and/or broken.
Customer service is zilch - don't bother trying to contact them by phone when the inevitable billing issue comes up. You can only cancel if you make an appointment with the manager in advance and send a certified letter to the gym.

I have been a loooong time member in good standing. I believe that it is well kept and overall a good gym. My frustration is two-fold: 1) There should be some management control over the huge ceiling fans; today, again, it was put to ultimate speed and I along wiht 3-4 others left the exercise area due to the cold wind generated; suggestion: have people come to mangement on duty to request the fan be put on and that "slow" or "medium" speed be permitted only. 2) Suggest that the three available disabled parking spaces be placed (as per ADA regulations) by the "MAIN" entrance...Otherwise, I will continue to make use of and enjoy GHF. I have on many occasions recommended it to others.l

Not sure of the gym itself, but Ant-Dawg, MMA training is in a much bigger place. The kids have more room to do their thing. And they actually have a real octogon. Nice......
