Last time I was there, one of the rooms, which didn't have any equipment in it for stretching was closed, so you lose access to a workout space. Hope they fixed it since then but that led me to cancel my membership

I love this gym, you can get a good workout because they have a good amount of machines and weights. It would be cool to join there exclusive evofit classes but its okay. This gym is very clean and the bathroom and shower area are nice too. I really like this gym! Oh and its about 10 dollars a month.

I wish this gym could get 0/5 stars. This gym WAS great. Great staff, great workout machines, and service. Until we found out about hidden fees, and how they seem to charge our account numerous times after canceling two months ago. Since we told the manager how we will only be working out for the month, he told us we would only need to pay for the one month while were there. (we are military) Then next month we got charged instantly and was told since we didn’t give a 30 day notice they were going to charge us. Well we have told them about us leaving since the first day me & my husband signed up. So that was more than a 30 day notice. We just keep getting charged and we have cancelled since November.
I suggest signing up for a different gym other than this gym who will rip you off.

They were great at first. Now it feels like they do not care. The work out room has been closed now for 2 months. Every time I ask if they will fix this they reply with next week. I’m sick of asking. I will be going back to inshape next month. Very sad, because I really liked this place and the convenience of it. Maybe they can fix the room soon and I can stay and change my review. For now don’t join.

LOL This place is a hot mess. My guess is that ownership doesn't have the funds or will to actually fix anything (including the pipe that burst which has left a significant portion of the gym unusable and behind a giant black tarp for months). Instead, underachieving management lackeys are unable to address basic customer dissatisfaction in any form for fear of reprisal.

Oh yeah, and don't be tempted by what seems like lower monthly fees than other, far superior gyms because they also incorporate bogus hidden fees into their business model.

To top it off, once you resort to canceling (you know, because the place is a pit), you will under no circumstance be refunded for unusable equipment and even after the Manager (Jason) tells you that you won't be charged again, you'll see more charges hit your debit card many weeks later. Get ready for those charge backs, ownership.

***Update***
So, I don't see where to pm this owner but will say you should have my phone number and details - just left on your corporate voicemail on Monday prior to posting this review. Also, from last week when I completed the contact form on your website advising if this issue was not addressed within the week (MONTHS later after first reported), that I would escalate the matter. Not a single call, message or request for contact has been addressed - Until this posting.
Check your forms. The report has been laid out in more than enough detail to have been concerned before now. Forgive me if the reply below seems less than sincere. My original review still remains below.

Truly disappointed with this gym and their lack of responsiveness by management and corporate regarding a member who was a predator and openly abusive to female staff and patrons. Letters were written twice, and several phone calls made asking them to address the matter. There has been no formal response. I was told that the manager didnt do well with conflict, and that it wasn't the first time he'd been faced with a serious member issue, but the priority was placed on keeping a premium member.
This is a risk management and safety issue, especially with them subletting space to children's programs.
Further, there is an issue around misspelling of memberships:
Namely, the ease of floating between levels, class availability, and the ability of premium members to use the boot camp class area outside of class time.
All of these things were touted as perks, only for them to disappear inside of a week when it was announced they were leaving the fitness evolution group. Unless you are doing the Evofit bootcamps, or using the massage bed, there is nothing else for you besides a basic gym offer. No Zumba, ujam, or anything else. They also have staffing issues. Don't be surprised if you come to the gym an hour after opening and the gym is pitch black with a parking lot full of pissed people

I just quit this morning, and will be asking for the annual fee assessed back. I didn't like in shape, but right now, it seems better than this.

The classes are decent... But all the hidden fees for signing up/downgrading to a different plan etc are a huge pain. Also - they don't offer any classes on Friday afternoons and only one class over the weekend!

I am really disappointed with this gym. I signed up and have been paying for full service including tanning and massage beds since February til today they have not fixed the tanning bed. Everyday I stop by they tell me the same story that a technician is coming over to fix it. What I have been doing is driving to Fairfield just to use the tanning bed that makes no sense right if I'm paying for those services? I honestly just signed up to this gym for the use of the tanning and massage beds I don't work out there. So after 4 months of waiting for the tanning bed to be fixed I decided to cancel my membership and ask for a full refund including the maintenance fee which I don't think is fair to me I should be paying for all of this. I cancelled my membership last week and until today I have not heard from them or received any refund. I think they only care about your money and not the services that their given.

Most of the staff is great but there system is really slow. If you want to change anything on your account they'll take forever to change it and then it takes forever for them to credit you back after they charge your twice. Other than that gym is great and clean. (:
