My wife met with Ricardo multiple times a week for a year. She was nervous about starting with someone new, but after the first visit she felt very comfortable. She had a great experience working with Ricardo towards her fitness goals.
Ricardo was able to tailor an exercise routine specifically for her and her sessions ended up being some of the highlights of her week.
We would recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive and professional trainer.

I’ve been training with Riccardo for about four months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and overall experience. From the start, I appreciated how upfront he was about the process. He explained that strength training is slow and steady, and that real changes typically start showing around the 3-month mark. He was right, I’m finally starting to see noticeable progress after training with him three times per week.
Riccardo is incredibly reliable and dependable, he’s never been late, and his facility is always clean and well-maintained. I love that it’s just us during the session, no distractions, no crowds, just a comfortable space to focus on my goals. He’s a great listener and very patient, always taking my feedback into account. When I mentioned wanting to focus more on my abs and arms, he customized my workouts to match my goals.
His pricing is very fair at $63 for a one-hour session, especially given the level of personalized attention and care he provides. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s professional, attentive, and truly invested in your progress, I can’t recommend Riccardo enough!

I have had the opportunity to train with Ricardo at Fitness Identity Training over the past three years. I have worked with trainers before at larger gyms (Equinox, Gold’s, Crunch) but had not gained either the connection with my trainer nor had the experience of such mindful attention to my process and/or progress – all of which I have experienced with Ricardo. I started weight training to feel more confident in my own body and to maintain a good level of fitness – not necessarily to build muscle or lose weight, although all of these have become benefits of my continued workouts. I think the most surprising thing for me is how much confidence I have gained overall from working with Ricardo – he is patient, attentive and knowledgeable, but most importantly he is very adept at purposefully challenging me without it feeling like either an obligation to continue adding weights or reps AND to let me figure out how to break my own confidence comfort level for the better. Additionally, having the one-on-one attention in a setting where it’s me and maybe one/two other people working out at the same time is an absolute dream and really allows me to focus. I am more than grateful for the experience of working out with Ricardo and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I’ve been a client since May 2022. I hadn’t exercised beyond an occasional bike ride or long walk in years and had never lifted weights. I was just looking for some accountability and guidance getting into weight lifting. I’ve found that and much more!
Ricardo is an excellent trainer and adapts each session to meet me where I am. I went from learning safe form with no weights to now deadlifting 200LBS! I’ve experienced a reliable surge in energy and mobility. I’ve toned and discovered muscles I never saw before! Since joining I am more confident in all forms of physical activity and just ran my first 3K!!! I have enough knowledge to workout anywhere now, but the support and accountability are invaluable. The facilities are stocked and clean with everything for diverse, dynamic workouts. You will not regret joining!

I’ve been training with Myles Madison at Fitness Identity Training for 1 1/2 years, and it has truly been an amazing experience. The private setting of the gym allows for personalized attention and a distraction-free environment, which has really helped me focus on my fitness goals. I've always been into fitness and exercise on my own, whether outdoors or in the gym. But I met Ricardo at an event and found him to have a great personality and enthusiasm for fitness. I booked my first session and really enjoyed it. He remembers all your individual quirks and can ramp up a fitness routine to just the right amount of pace and asks the perfect amount of feedback. He'll monitor your form and give good feedback without ever being pushy. I really enjoy this style which is very different from other trainers who sometimes push too hard or seem a bit too disconnected. I've recommended all my patients to seek out Ricardo and his style of training and continue to train with him. I highly recommend him and his gym which is never too hot, not too cold, and always clean. Plenty of parking nearby though I just walk there. I've done partner sessions with me and my partner which makes it fun. Oh, and great music selection.
