Gym seemed like a place I could enjoy coming too, until I had a issue with employee named Frances, she was aggressive and rude. I signed up for the $60 membership on a Monday, attended one class that evening. I call back a few days later because I had questions, Frances was so aggressively rude, wouldn't even let me explain my situation... I was so fustrated, I told her just to cancel my membership. She charged me $50 to cancel. The owner call me and offer a refund on my cancellation, if I gave the gym another try. I went back 3 weeks later. As I walk in Frances was on her way out, she came back in, was talking about me to another employee, which was so unprofessional. Frances next time you are going to talk bad about people, use your quiet voice!!
I just left and never returned, haven't heard back or got my refund.
$110 for a class and 30 min workout within 30 days....
