I never thought I would work with a personal trainer, because I’m an active person who’s always been health conscientious, however I have learned so much from Joe. His rates are beyond great for what you get from him. He's a committed trainer who has the best heart and really really cares about your overall being. Joe embodies the best you can get. He has a wonderful positive personality and so fun to workout with that the hour often feels like it passes by in 5 minutes.
He comes up with new ideas for a great workout that challenges your body to the limit. He corrects me whenever I'm doing something wrong and helps me understand the mechanics behind each moves/action. If anything, Joe is an investment- he adds to the list of my workouts that I'd be able to do on my own one day. By training with him, you'll not only be more informative about how to be healthy, but also how to challenge your body to its limits. I feel like my repertoire of workouts and the knowledge I've gained is something extremely invaluable to me and I couldn't be ever more appreciative that Joe was the one to guide me.
So fun to be around with that instead of thinking about going to work out, it's like hanging out with a friend with health benefits! Rest assured, no matter how enjoyable his workouts are, Joe remains a professional and makes a point to keep proper form and focus on your goals, therefore I trust him. In the end, it is YOU that must put in the work and he is there to support you 100% of the way. If there are any doubts, check out Joe for yourself. You won't regret it.

Joseph is an amazing trainer, he takes great pride in helping his clients and taking the time to create a family atmosphere. He genuinely cares about his clients and will take the time to listen to them and customize a workout plan to help them meet their goals, You can't ask for a better environment than the one Joseph provides, he will push you through any mental limitations you may have.

My mom started training with Joe a couple years ago and not long after that I started training with him. I felt really uncomfortable at first like most of us, I didn't know much about working out correctly. Joe is very patient and committed. He worked with me until I started to look forward to my workouts! I can now go into a gym and workout with correct posture and good form.

I have fun with my workouts that are tailored specifically for me and the goals I have. I feel great when I walk out of there and ready for the day!

He has also helped me shift my entire mindset on nutrition. He is very knowledgable and always ready to answer my questions. I've noticed positive changes physically and mentally :)

I met Joe through group classes at Body Mechanix. Joe is very attentive to any problems/injuries you have. I had a shoulder injury that was always bothering me when I worked out. We did rehab for a couple months, and it rarely gives me any problems now. When I got a knee injury or my muscles are right, we do PLENTY of rolling to make sure the knots go away. I told him I'm trying to get into running and we started tibialis work so I wouldn't get shin splits. Joe knows how to take care of you.

He emphasizes good posture and technique when exercising which has spilled over into life outside the gym. I'm always adjusting myself when I have a moment to be aware of my body whether it's making sure my knees aren't going in or straightening my spine.

During the workout, Joe is very patient with me while I make unenthusiastic faces and noises. He puts up with my attitude with his good sense of humor. Every once in awhile he will throw in something random to keep it interesting like standing on my head or agility work. He makes it a fun experience.

Joe is pretty punctual. When he has clients back to back, sometimes I'll start my session a couple minutes late but he makes sure to give me the full hour. When I tell him I need to leave right at the end of my hour, he accommodates it. He's also really flexible when it comes to rescheduling.

I'd recommend Joe to anyone. He's got a lot of tricks up his sleeve (aka different ways of torture) to challenge you in a good way. He listens to you and your goals and makes them happen.
