Alex was kind enough to let me hop into a couple training sessions with my friend and client of his, and I was blown away by his depth of knowledge and attention to detail. Not only does he create a challenging workout tailored to your specific skill level, but I felt totally confident knowing he would help make sure my form and posture were on point to create the best possible outcome. 10/10 Alex is amazing!

Alex has changed so much about my approach to fitness and has undone some bad habits from my years of self-taught weight training - driving real results. He's also a certified nutritionist and provides great recommendations on nutrition and supplements to help balance your body.

From day one, Alex has been very approachable, humble and genuinely a nice person. He immediately puts you at ease, listening to your goals without any judgment.

An added perk to working with Alex, is his private gym. It's not a crowded, public space; it's a focused environment where you can work out comfortably without distraction. It's just you and him, focused on your goals.

And the results speak for themselves. I've seen more progress with him in a few months than I did in a year on my own and I'm never bored. He's always changing up the workouts and introducing new exercises. It makes every session something I actually look forward to.

If you're serious about making a change and want to train with a true expert (World Champion) who is also an all-around great guy, I can't recommend Alex highly enough. He's the total package.
