I can’t say enough wonderful things about this studio and the owner Liz Voss! The variety of classes each week alone blows me away. I appreciate how closely Liz is there for us watching our form so she can correct me and help prevent injury. I also appreciate how hard she works to schedule a variety of classes and events to keep things interesting and fun. It’s clear she is a passionate owner.

The studio itself is immaculate and well cared for. The equipment is top notch.

Fitness SOS in Historic Folsom has been a huge part of my fitness routine. The community and trainers are welcoming and supportive, and the coaches are some of the best around. Liz and Bruce lead high-energy, challenging classes that always push me to hit my goals. My personal trainer, Jessica, is incredibly knowledgeable and really customizes each session to match my goals and progress. On the wellness side, Julie is amazing—her massage therapy and cupping treatments have helped me recover faster and stay injury-free. If you’re looking for serious training and recovery support in one place, this is it. They have something for everyone!

I’ve been going to SOS (Studio on Sutter) in Folsom for a few months now, and I already feel a noticeable difference in my fitness, strength, and muscle tone. If you’re looking for a boutique fitness studio in Folsom that offers variety, this is the place. They have everything from reformer Pilates, barre, HIIT, strength training, kickboxing, and yoga, plus bonus services like stretch labs and massage therapy—all under one roof.

Today I did a combo of reformer Pilates + barre, and ended with a massage—and it was truly the ultimate wellness day. Bruce was both my instructor and massage therapist, and he’s amazing. I left feeling strong, relaxed, and totally recharged.

The vibe is welcoming, the classes are well-structured, and the instructors really know their stuff. They’re also opening a health-focused café soon, which is the perfect complement to an active lifestyle.

Guys when I say run, don’t walk here I mean it! My back pain has improved immensely from doing Pilates here 😍😍😍 I am so glad that I found this spot! I love the studio for all the class options and personal trainers! The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating for any injuries. The concept of facility is incredible! I’ve already lost 20 lbs and feel so encouraged and motivated. Everyone is super friendly here! 10/10 would recommend

I started taking Pilates classes with Liz a few months ago. I started out with 1 class a week ( I was a newbie and I hate working out!). I absolutely loved her class. I couldn’t wait til the next weeks class. I then decided to add another class per week. I look forward to going to class, even when I’ve had a bad day and don’t feel like doing anything I still enjoy going to her classes. I am now down 23 lbs and am starting to feel comfortable in my body!! Thank you!!!

Update…. I have been expanding my fitness routine into some of the other group fitness classes. Fitness SOS is very welcoming and I am absolutely loving every class so far. My new favorite is Inferno which is a heated HIIT class

I did a restorative yoga class on Sunday, December 15th and itnwas great! It was ny first yoga experience but Liz, the instructor, was great. She had good energy and openly answered the questions I had.
The location is great and her and her people have done a lot of work on it. It's clean, spacious, and looks really nice!
I will definitely be taking more classes there!
