We love fitness unplugged! It's truly the best work out program for my son. He has a great time and coach Jason always makes it awesome for my child. My son struggles with physical activity and Dislikes working out but Jason somehow makes my child always want to attend and has a great fun time. Every class is amazing and makes my son always wanting to do more. I love that we have found a class that encourages, is positive and fun for my son! I highly recommend fitness unplugged and Jason because of the amazing, uplifting and great classes he has provided for others and my child.

This place has been a game changer for me.
The classes feel like personal training sessions, Jason helps you with anything you need, stretching, nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, whatever your fitness goals are you can achieve them here. It’s a great atmosphere and I am very happy I joined.

What I love about this gym is that help with all ages and for me just getting stonger. Mentally and physically taking one hour out of my day for myself. My grandkids also love going here. If you need help with workout I highly recommend trying this gym.

I'm so glad to have heard of Fitness Unplugged! It's just what I had been looking for. Since attending this gym I've noticed a great difference in my health. It's so much easier to breath and move around with much more ease. I enjoy working out before work because it just sets a positive tone for the rest of the day! Jason demonstrates each exercise and fixes our form. He makes each class so much fun even if we're just waking up for the 5am class.
