Finally tried it for the first time and Jill was amazing! She lead a very fun class and her expertise on making sure you have the right form was Amazing! Love the tension on these springs and how it makes you feel light, it makes some of the harder mat Pilates moves more do able at the same time burns in a different way.

As someone who has always focused strictly on cardio and high-intensity HIIT workouts, I wanted to try Pilates to reduce the risk of injury and minimize wear and tear on my body. I had never done Pilates before, and it seemed a bit intimidating—until I met Jill and discovered FitSprings. From my very first class, I was amazed at how dynamic yet low-impact the workout was. The movements challenged me in a new way, and I quickly started noticing improvements in my balance and flexibility (still a work in progress!). Jill is incredibly attentive and guides you through each step, ensuring you get the most out of every session. The small, intimate class sizes make a huge difference, allowing for personalized feedback and a supportive environment. If you're looking for an effective, low-impact workout with expert instruction, I highly recommend FitSprings!

I was blown away by how FUN the FitSprings class was. I got the benefits of strength training, cardio and stretching that I was looking for, but I also felt weightless - like I was flying! I wish I could give 5+ stars! FitSprings provides such a unique and dynamic workout! The combination of stretching, strengthening, coordination and cardio make it a super efficient workout that challenges every part of the body. And, it’s really fun!

I had the good fortune of working with Jill Harris, the inventor of FitSprings. Jill is a fabulous teacher and creative choreographer. The transitions between exercises are seamless. Her positive energy and passion for movement inspire everyone in the room.

I’m really hoping that more studios begin offering FitSprings classes. Until then, I’ll make the drive to Jill’s studio for this amazing workout!

Hands down the best workout on the planet! Jill Harris is an expert at Pilates and her FitSprings invention is second to none. If you feel like your typical Pilates/barre/strength/cardio classes are no longer challenging enough, come to FitSprings. If you are injured and need rehab, come to FitSprings. What is unique about FitSprings is that it truly is adaptable for everyone and it encompasses various modalities to give you a total body workout in a safe and supportive environment.

Fitsprings is hands down one of my favorite Pilates classes! I’ve done both private sessions and group classes, and they’re incredibly effective. The dynamic spring resistance keeps every movement powerful, and the best part — zero chance of injury. I highly recommend it! wow!!! fitsprings is an incredible workout! i have been trying different pilates classes around the city and went to visit jill at fitsprings last week. fitsprings is the best pilates class i have taken and i love that it is available for people of all exercise abilities. i am a former college athlete and suffer from a lot of knee and back pain, but with fitsprings i was able to get an amazing workout without being in any pain. if you have not tried fitsprings before, you need to go!!

Jill Harris is an amazing trainer, and her development of FitSprings takes exercise -- any kind of technique! -- to the next level and beyond. As someone who has studied ballet since childhood and practices yoga, working out on FitSprings lets me strengthen without being tight and heavy, and builds flexibility and my quick-twitch muscles while keeping my joints and muscles happy, healthy, and well-stimulated. (Never strained -- ever.) There isn't another workout that compares. I just attended Jill's teacher training this weekend, and the possibilities with this equipment are truly endless. I can't praise or recommend Jill Harris and FitSprings enough.

I haven’t been to a better instructor, ever! As a former athlete, I have a lot of joint pain and Jill knows exactly how to work around my injuries and focus on the muscles around the joints to strengthen my shoulders, knees, etc…she has this really cool spring system that makes exercising both fun and easy. #fitnessresults

Jill is the fabulous owner and she is an incredible instructor. Her approach mixes the art of elegant dance movement with hard core structure. For years I practiced in classes and was never able to tie into the deep core of my Pilates work AND found out my form wasn't always correct. She helped fix that and I've experienced such a difference.

Workouts are fun, even in my weak spots. Whether it's reformer or mat, her exclusive Fit Springs or the chair doesn't matter. I hope you'll also find an exclusive experience that caters to your body and fit level!
