The best gym I've ever belonged to. The standard classes are great. The coaching staff will help you adapt any movements to your level and any injury/limitations. Very non judgemental, the coaches are really invested in helping you meet your fitness goals. They do a lot of fun extra things, hikes, beach workouts, brewery meet ups, and specialized classes for things like strength, breathing, pelvic floor, mobility. Their semi-personal training are affordable and awesome for getting personalized attention to help you meet your goals.

I love how upbeat and encouraging the classes are! The smaller class sizes really allow the coaches to focus more on you individually, to help you improve in your form and push you to grow stronger. I have felt and seen the changes these workouts do to my body. Fitwall has drastically improved my strength and endurance quicker than any other workout I've tried! Highly recommend trying it out!

Fitwall has definitely changed my perspective on living a healthy lifestyle. Before I would rarely work out and my eating habits were the worse. I signed up for the 30 day fat loss challenge and it completely changed my life. I feel extremely energized and full of life. The entire Fitwall team have been beyond amazing! I love Fitwall. I attended class for a 30-day challenge and decided to join the gym because of the 40-minute work out customized circuits that work the entire body, with guidance from a coach to make sure Iβm doing the exercises right. I am pushed every single class to do my best, at my own pace. At 49 years old, of not moving my body for 8 years, this is exactly what I needed. The facilities are clean and have the best staff that are encouraging and welcoming.

Fitwall is a very effective workout. I accomplished more in a month with them than several months doing anything else. The coaches are all very helpful and welcoming. I did their 30 day challenge. I was doubtful that I'd be able to lose that much body fat in time and I ended up reaching the goal by my mid-point weigh in! Definitely recommended.

Awesome place to get the best work out! I found Fitwall via facebook and signed up for the 30 day fat loss challenge. I had no idea what Fitwall was just really wanted to do something that would give me a good boost in getting more fit. The fat loss challenge was a success, and i lost nearly 11 pounds in 30 days. I went down 3 pants size and i immediately saw results. They provide a meal plan, they have amazing coaches, and the music that coordinates with the workouts is a plus! Very clever way to make working out more fun! After doing crossfit for years, and the gym scene for years, I am very pleased and satisfied with working in this studio, with like minded people, and coaches that help you along the way.
This is a very safe way to train and build endurance, and muscle. It is always challenging. I highly recommend joining Fitwall!
p.s I drive 30 mins one way to get there, thats how much I love it!!!

It's a great gym, convenient class times and a different work out from what I'm used to. I feel like it would be really good for rock climbers too! The music is good. They demonstrate the exercise and show it on the screen for reinforcement for those who don't feel very confident with exercising. Classes are small so the coaches can check to see if you are doing the exercise correctly.

Fitwall has been the best, most fun and successful work out plan I have have ever done. As a dancer I found it to be the best cross training, super fun music, challenging but doable exercises and such a lovely and supporting community of people and coaches. After my 30 day challenge I couldnβt imagine not coming so I became a member!
I highly recommend this place, you wonβt regret it!

I joined Fitwall in July after seeing an ad on Facebook for a 30 Day Fitness Challenge, and am so glad I did! I've been very active most of my life, but fell behind during a career change and needed to start getting back into shape. As it turned out, this was the perfect place to do so!
The workouts are super fun and challenging, and work every aspect of your strength and flexibility in many short spurts throughout a 40 minute time-frame. Workouts are planned ahead, complete with videos of each exercise and fun music, and each workout is overseen by a coach who quickly and succinctly provides detailed information on how to get the maximum benefit from each move. Any exercise can be modified for intensity or in case of injury, and in my case I was working through a shoulder injury ... and was very impressed when Coach Lindsay started proactively telling me things to look out for in each workout, to help my shoulder! The team of coaches is truly outstanding.
I also signed up for the 30 day challenge to lose at least 3.5% body fat in 30 days, and was impressed with the volumes of information available to help in this process, and the dedication of Head Coach Clifton Harski as he ran weekly Facebook Live Chats and responded to individual questions along the way.
Everyone here is truly awesome in terms of support, encouragement, knowledge and professionalism. If you join and attend at least 3 workouts a week, I can guarantee you'll have fun, meet some great people, and see some fabulous results!

I did the challenge and lost 7.3% body fat. I signed up to continue going as a member as clearly they know what they're doing and what their talking about. Also, the workouts are both fun and effective. The coaches all rock and the music that is tailored to the workout takes it another notch up. I love Fitwall!

I love how effective the workouts are and they are only 40 minutes long! I also love the refreshing cool towels they offer after your workout. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Because the facility is so small you get more attention during your workout. If you are ever thinking you are doing something wrong, there is always a trainer going around providing assistance.

If you're like me and you want to get in, get out and get results when it comes to your gym routine this is the place to go. The group training, mixed with the high-energy music and the fun trainers make this a grueling but worth-it 40 minutes. I did their 30-day training and nutrition program and lost 3.3% body fat - all without starving myself. (quite the contrary)

Fantastic Program!
I have joined gyms before, and was looking for something between a solo experience and a full on class (classes typically lean toward cardio and don't have a comprehensive approach). You get lost in the crowd, and I definitely thrive with some accountability built into the program. I heard about the Fitwall 30 day challenge and so decided to give it a go.
With workouts perfectly timed at 40 minutes, Fitwall provided a combination of a scheduled activity, trainer supervision and programs that combine cardio as well as strength training. The routines are scalable for every fitness level. The challenge even provided dietary support complete with menu guidelines and recipe recommendations. The program is more than just a workout. It's a guide to a healthy lifestyle and eating habits.
I am extremely pleased with the results! In just 30 days (which flew by) I dropped almost 7 pounds, reduced my percent body fat 4.5 points to a fit 15.5 and added a pound of muscle mass. DadBod gone! This program definitely works. The trainers are all knowledgable and fantastic, and the social media support of your group as you go through the program is a tremendous bonus.
I would highly recommend Fitwall to anyone looking to making a positive change!

Fitwall provides a great workout in only 40 minutes! With a wide variety of exercises and some seriously great playlists, it's challenging enough that I'm frequently surprised at how quickly time flies by. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, and can provide modifications to different moves as needed (I've needed a few tweaks for a bad knee).
I recently completed their 30 day challenge, and was very happy with not only the workouts, but the nutritional plan provided. It was a great jump start to getting healthy and back in shape, and I'm excited to say that I'm continuing on as an unlimited member! Thanks Fitwall for helping me to rediscover my love for working out.

Who knew you could fit such a dense workout in 40 minutes. I was initially skeptical of their torture device they call "the wall," but that's because the traditional gym has been ingrained in my mind for so long. I appreciate the tips, adjustment and encouragement from all of the coaches. They keep the entire room motivated to push as hard as possible. This gym is great for a beginner looking to get fit in a group style setting or for the veteran gym rat looking to mix up their routine. Get on the wall and get fit...you'll love it.

Fitwall Solana Beach is an incredible gym and more! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always there to help. The workouts are great and efficient, and the only self-motivation required is to show up. One of the best things, in my opinion, is that they emphasize the importance of a nutrition and healthy diet and are familiar with all types. The cold hand towels at the end of the workout are an added plus putting them over the top! Try Fitwall today!

I signed up for Fitwall's "No Bull****" Weight Loss challenge with the idea that I would probable lose a few pounds. I had no idea what it was or what I would be doing for exercise and I was very very scared of the wall contraptions I saw when I arrived. Well, let me tell you, I was more than pleasantly surprised. I met Clif(Beast 1) and Lindsey (Beast 2) who enrolled me in the challenge which would take place for 30 days and my results would need to be a reduction of 3.5% body fat or 12 lbs. They were both full of energy and confidence for what they said would be a great success for me. THEY WERE RIGHT!! I lost 4.2% body fat!! I lost only about 3lbs of weight but they explained to me that weight wasn't the important part of the program. It was body fat and muscle gain. Not only do I love the facility and the WALL (that doesn't scare me anymore), the staff (Beast Squad) are amazing. They have this balance of tough and caring that works! If I had not signed up, I would still be on this weird gain/lose spiral and at my age it is dangerous. I now have all the tools i need to continue my fitness journey and maintain my gains. Some of my favorite things about Fitwall are the fast paced, grueling classes, THE MUSIC, the coaching (great correction for form), and I cannot forget to mention the luscious eucalyptus towels after each workout. Without them I would fall out after each workout. The workout is intense and just when you think you will not be able to lift another toe, it's over and you are dripping with sweat and a huge grin of accomplishment. I feel strong, motivated and bootylicious. Every time I leave the facility, I feel charged and ready to take on anything!! You gotta give them a try. Do it for a month and you will become a convert.

The meal plan and the great workouts ONLY 40 MIN LONG....really made me look at how I was eating and how working out should be a part of my life. I completed their challenge and lost 4.9% body fat. Iβm 5β1β weighing 110 lbs...you wouldnβt think I had that much fat...but boy I did! Fitwall's super fun, varied, and challenging exercise protocol PLUS simple, no-nonsense recommendations for nutrition changed my life. Fitwall is a 40 minute workout class that challenges your strength, agility and balance. I have been going for 2 years and credit Fitwall with me bring stronger than ever before (despite being a gym rat my whole life) and eliminating my chronic neck pain.
The coaches make the classes go by so quickly as they are fun and energetic. They also challenge you to be your best, help correct form and notice if you're hurting or need to take a breather. I strongly recommend this class to anyone who wants to feel great about their fitness!!

It's amazing how unique and versatile the workouts are in only 40 minutes. I love the HIIT structure and have felt coming here has really helped me with all my other activities that I do & made me a stronger and more well rounded athlete. I appreciate all the coaches more than I can say. They take the time to make sure you are doing each movement correctly, they make you feel welcome & like you are apart of a team, they inspire you to push yourself harder, and they genuinely want you to succeed at whatever your fitness goal is.
