Had a couple bad experiences here and cannot recommend this gym to those in the area. First, their weekend classes were the same 5 repetitive moves over and over again for an hour. I was tired of doing push ups and crunches for 60 mins.
Second, I bought their 2 for $20 class promo and was never told that I needed to use the classes within a week of each other - you will not find them saying that in their promo page, on their flyers, or in their flagship store (as of June 10). I asked their customer support team (spoke with Tom) and showed them proof and he said he can give me another class if I pay again. So disappointing.

I had never lifted weights before joining flagship and itโs been an amazing experience. The coaches are so supportive and are available to make sure I have the correct form. The classes I go to usually have the same core group of people, and itโs been fun seeing everyone at all different levels make progress.

Rare to find a gym this big. Iโve done similar workouts in the past but am basically starting from scratchโฆ Iโve found coaches and workouts here to be super approachable and make for a great workout.
