Came in looking for a boxing gym to learn the art of boxing not only did I find that but I found a family here at Flash enterprises boxing academy. Jorge and Juan the ( trainers) have brought out a side of me and pushed me to a limit I never knew I could achieve. Affordable, legitimate boxing gym with heavy bags, speed bags , double end bags etc. Jorge is a great trainer. Private sessions hitting the mitts is a highly intense but extremely fun workout. Also the tips and pointers to adjust your boxing game(during these sessions) will skyrocket your fighting confidence and give you things to work on and focus on. Cool dude to just chat boxing too, highly recommend this spot.

This is the best gym in the whole valley! Coach Jorge is so dedicated and loves what he does. This is more than a gym, it’s a family. Jorge has a life time of professional knowledge of boxing and training. I have been training here for a little over a year and as a female it’s always been hard to find a boxing gym that works for me where I feel comfortable. Everything is clean and the equipment is in good shape. My young son goes here and my husband. We are all there, all week long.

A few years back I showed up to Flash and Jorge out of shape and depressed. He helped me every step of the way losing 55 pounds in the first two months and 75 lbs total in the first four months. He taught me discipline, strength, and focus but also taught me how to condition my mind which helped a lot in life. He's the reason I'm alive and doing well now. I have known George Diaz for over ten years. He is one of the most talented, experienced, knowledgeable people you will ever find in the boxing world.
I have watched young boxers train, under George, and become very competent fighters. I have also seen noticeable changes in people who are using boxing for exercise and for weight loss.

If your goal is to loose weight like mine was its prefect fun way to do it , instead of just doing cardio on a machine. you will learn self defense at the same time so its a double win.
