I’ve been going to Flex Fitness for over a year now, and it’s truly become part of my lifestyle. I love that the workouts change every four weeks ,keeps things fresh, challenging, and fun. The trainers are all wonderful and each has their own style. It is a great gym!

I LOVE this place. I actually look forward to going which says a lot because I go to the 6am session and I really really love my sleep. Everyone is so friendly, the coaches are so knowledgeable and the exercise program rocks! I cannot say enough great things about Flex Fitness.

I've been working out at Flex Fitness for a couple of months now and have been having a lot of fun! The workouts are different everyday of the week and we go through 4 week cycles, so I get enough time to get stronger at specific movements, but never get bored. I also love how supportive and ecouraging the coaches are.

I joined Flex Fitness over a year ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was honestly intimidated at first — being over 50 and having never lifted weights before — but the coaches quickly put me at ease. Each one has their own unique personality, yet they all share the same passion and determination to help you reach your personal best. They truly take the time to work with your individual needs and goals.
This gym has become my medicine — both physically and mentally! I can’t recommend Flex Fitness enough.

I had been hesitant to join a gym after so many years, but after a shoulder injury I knew I had to focus on strength training and correct form. After researching nearby gyms, I found Flex Fitness and decided to give them a try. Fast forward almost a year later, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and train with Taylor, Benny, Shar, Diana, Jessica, Tyler and Kaylee; they are all amazing in their own way. All coaches are approachable, they will encourage and challenge you while teaching proper technique. Their four-week programs are throughly thought out, with modifications options. Overall, I would recommend Flex Fitness to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

Flex fitness is a fitness gem in Woodland CA. Not only does it have amazing workouts, but it has a wonderful sense of community. I have been going here for the last three years and have become stronger and more functional than I could have ever imagined. All of the coaches bring different expertise and personality. I have had the pleasure of being coached by coach Jen and Coach Kaylee. Both of them are very invested in your workout and well being. If your form isn’t quite right they are right there to give tips. They want to make sure you are getting a good workout without getting hurt. They also push you to the best of your ability and add more weight if they know you can do more. They give positive encouragement and bring fun energy. They are the best!!

I’ve been going to this gym for a little over 5 years now (started when it was under previous ownership) and I could never see myself at another gym. The class times work well with my night shift schedule and if I can’t make a class they have a 24hr membership option too making it even easier to get a workout in. I love all the trainers and the small group classes feel very personable. This gym is a hidden gem in Woodland!

This is a great gym with friendly people. The workouts are on the board each time and the trainers walk you through every step. My favorite trainers currently are Benny/Jen/Jess/Kaylee/Diana . They are like the family I never had.

I have been a regular at this gym for 6 years now and it is such an important part of my life. I feel like the structured fitness routine from Flex Fitness has been what keeps the rest of my life spinning. The trainers here are caring and personalize group workouts to help you through whatever stage of your life or fitness journey you may be on. For me, Flex Fitness is the perfect blend: tough workouts, emphasis on proper form instead of super heavy lifting, everyone working HARD, supportive, fun and keeping things light hearted & real. Hands down the best gym! I love the atmosphere, motivation and rotating programs. The coaches will push you but still let you go at your own pace so that you don't feel defeated. I have struggled to stay committed to a gym, however, this place feels like home.
