Flex N Burn has been a game-changer for me since I started in February 2024! I’m in my mid-30s, mom of three, and I’m in the best shape of my life - stronger, fitter, and healthier than ever. Coach Mike is the real deal; he’s got your back in every class, pushing you just enough to make it tough but totally worth it. Those workouts deliver results fast. I even trained through my entire third pregnancy (see pic for 35/36 weeks pregnant - yikes 😆) until I couldn’t anymore, took a quick three-month break, and jumped right back in. Now? I’m below my pre-pregnancy weight, down a couple clothing sizes (wasn’t even my main goal!), and I’m just excited with how I look and feel. I aim for 3-4 classes a week and can’t recommend Flex N Burn enough if you’re ready to be in the best shape of your life. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Love this place. I was looking for a quick and guided workout that I could do before picking up my kids from school. This place ticks all the boxes and more. Mike is incredible. The class is small-ish so you get the attention you need but not too small that you feel spotlighted (is that a word?). Signed up for 6 months after my first class and I’m excited to go every week. Classes are only 30 minutes so you really have no excuse not to do it.

Really enjoy my workouts here! The classes are not crowded, instructor always friendly and modifications to some of the workouts can be made to accommodate for difficult areas or old injuries. It’s on the pricier side versus a standard gym membership but I happily pay the extra to avoid crowded gyms, especially for those after work rush hours. And the smaller class sizes help so that if your form needs correction, it can be brought to your attention and (at least for me) this has helped avoid injury.

Flex N Burn has been a great find for me.
It has been a long time since I have taken a class in which I have actually seen and felt results. Although I have taken part in rowing, cycling, and even had a personal trainer in the past, this has far surpassed them all in my opinion.
I am fairly shy, so a class setting wasn't my first choice. but I like to be held accountable and know that I am performing the workouts correctly, which can be difficult if you go to a regular gym.
While it is a class, don't feel intimidated... everyone is very friendly and is too busy with the workout to pay attention to you. (Except Mike lol)
Mike is really nice, but do not think you can slack in class. He corrects you when you need to be corrected and pushes you when you need it most ...
It is common for most instructors to simply allow you to show up, but he does care and wants you to reach your goals.
I would recommend a total body for your first time. The best part is the class is only 30 min

In 30 minutes I get a workout that changes my body. It’s challenging and rewarding. The areas of most concern are the back, stomach and thighs. Though the high tech cable system may seem intimidating at first, it’s easy to learn and can give you an excellent workout for any and all muscle groups. Mike has designed a 30 minute program that will make your stronger, leaner, and have more energy IF you are diligent and consistent- but that goes for anything you want to improve, right? Mike, the head honcho, is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and professional. Flex ‘N Burn also has an excellent communication system and app that helps you easily sign up for classes, send out positive messages, and allows you to stay on track to meet your goals.

Get ready to get in and out, after working 30 quick mins in a super focused and fun strength workout. Lower body burn is my favorite…feeling the burn proves to make me stronger. I started with 7-8 lunges in 30 seconds, now I’m at 12-13. That’s positive progress. Work at your pace, with your chosen weight, with a positive and helpful coach. The FLEX N' BURN is definitely what you need to get in shape. It's a very clean & nice place. The owner/coach Mike is very professional and always encourages you to workout hard and eat healthy. The studio ambiance is great and the workouts are pretty tough - it is what you make of it and I always try to add more weight to each set because of how quick these classes are! I can't say enough amazing things about this place. I have been going for a few weeks now and I LOVE it!!! This is saying a lot for me because I HATE anything that has to do with exercising. The big draw for me was that it is only 30 minutes. This program is completely sustainable long-term which I love. My goal was to do 2-3 days a week max but I am finding that I am going 4-5 times a week because I love it so much. Michael and Mark are amazing!! I love that they are very motivating and also correct your form, so you don't get hurt and get the maximum gains. The place is very clean and welcoming and not at all intimidating which I felt at other facilities. I am so happy to have found this place!!

UPDATE: I am 40 classes in and feeling stronger and healthier! It’s been so easy to add into my weekly schedule, that I feel I can’t complete my days without walking in and completing my workout. I've been at Flex 'n Burn for just over two years. I have never been to a gym like this one. It's efficient in a sense that you are done with your work out in 30 minutes. He splits training days between upper and lower body; allowing you a rest day for your upper body while your lower body recovers and vice versa. IT'S LOW IMPACT, and I love that I can get my sweat on without spending hours in the gym. Michael has several years of experience in the physical fitness field, and his program proves it. He makes class fun, but focuses on emphasizing the importance of flexing and resisting during the movements. Each workstation is sanitized before and after you use the equipment, and you don't share equipment with others during the class to prevent the spread of germs. The gym also has a state of the art air filtration system. So I know when I go in to train after the class before me, I'm filling my lungs with good clean air during my workout. I recommend Flex'n'Burn to anyone at any fitness level or any age. There's modifications for anyone with physical limitations. Michael knows his stuff. I love my Flex 'n Burn family!

Mike has an intelligent workout methodology. It did work for me perfectly as a medical doctor with a busy schedule. The most I liked most about this workout methodology was that every move throughout the half an hour was based on where & how the muscle worked and not just like working out on your own. I am not trying to market the guy because his center is getting busier by the week but I am sharing my great experience. I did 12 classes and I personally 10 pounds. In the first month . Owner Michael is very professional and has been in the business for years and what I love the most is that he corrects anyone who needs guidance and helps you reach your goal ! My husband and I have been working out for over 20 years but never found a gym like flex and burn that showed the fastest results with fast transformation and in only 30 minutes . It’s a gym thatS like having a personal trainer and with the a safe effective method and has not only transformed our bodies but we noticed has improved our health and with Covid 19 he there is About social distancing with about 12 feet apart so we both feel safe going there plus he has us sanitized before working out . I love love flex and burn and encourage everyone to try it at least once and once you try it you will be hooked I promise .
