It was one thing to deal with the rampant drug us by staff and guests. I even charged it to the game when I left my tablet in my room went to check out and staff had already pulled the bedding but had no ideas about what I could be talking about regarding my missing tablet. But now I have been 86d and it doesn't matter that i have never had disciplinary event. I have zero ideas on why I have been 86. have been there last time a few years ago. Asking at the entry if steam and dry sauna are working - all fine the reply from checkin guy.
Mid Jan 2025, cold outside and also cold in general areas.
Dry - Finnish saunas have temp between 180->190 F, this dry sauna had around 100 F only - too cold to be called dry sauna. Then looking for steam sauna. Asking one attendend -> there is no steam sauna any more. But the checkin guy said: all working fine.
Carpets look little filthy, need an update to return.
They offered me a payback of entree fee if I don't like it and leave right away - what I did. So I checked out North Hollywood Spa - which I recommend.

I have ramped up me visits recently, reason being there is a new verve being expressed along with a true cross section of attendees with diversity represented in age, race, and social practice. Me and my partner got there at 7:00 the two attendants that were there were so welcoming and humble really cool outstanding guys even talk to me about certain lubes and we're super attentive but then when it hit passing midnight that's when things got bad these guys were acting like if everything you asked for them was a nuisance not even looking at you when you asked for a towel if you don't like your job don't be in customer service other than the rudeness I got at midnight the only three other things were wrong about this was they have a small hot tub, one bathroom, sadly the parking lot is small as well I had an amazing time in the beginning and I'm glad I left when the nighttime crew was there don't go during midnight you're going to have jerks not attending you 🤬

I am an Asian daddy and Iwas reluctant to try Flex, given all the negative comments about staff rudeness and poor customer service. That’s why I was surprised by how well I was treated by the attendant. Since this was my first visit, he even showed me to my room.

The interior was relatively clean considering the age of the facility. The plumbing in the showers need repair. The outdoor amenities are nice.

This place is pretty much always busy no matter what day of the week it is or what time it is. As such, if you want to get a room you better come early or have some extra money to leave a tip alwhich might get you priority on the waiting list. And don't be surprised if you get pushed lower on the list and are waiting hours for a room if you don't slide some cash under the table. The prices to get in are also pretty high but not as high as some of the other places around town.

The spa has a well equipped under used workout room with several resistance machines as well as free weights, dry sauna, 2 communial showers and 1 couples shower, 3 bathrooms (none which lock), and heated pool, hot tub, sun desk, large smoking section, 3 TV rooms, and several hallways to get lost wandering around. There is also 1 TV/break room where they play really bad television shows with the volume obnoxiously loud which I really don't understand.

The vending machines are $3 for a soda, water or Gatorade.

Was there on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Super friendly staff (like super friendly, why didn’t I get his number super friendly). Place was busier and just getting busier. Bit of a wait to get in due to shift change happening but over all checkin was good. Wish the steam room had seem and the sauna could be hotter but the jacuzzi was great, especially in a drizzly day. And of course you wanna know about the men. All types. And very friendly (I think an outdoor jacuzzi lends itself to chat more than an indoor one other bathhouses). All in all, one of my favorite baths in North America.

parking lot is tiny... some people have to park on the streets & surrounding neighborhood doesn't seem safe. it's also right next to a freeway. if sounds of cars passing by are relaxing to you, then the pool area will be relaxing for you. lol

pool water had so much chlorine... which can be understandable but still... i could feel my skin burning; had to get out quickly and rinse it off. when i was entering, they did not mention nor offer slippers; had to walk on the filthy floor barefoot, yikes!

gym equipment looks rusty; seems like it hasn't been updated since 1990s. if you really care about cleanliness & safety, then you probably should avoid this place.

I arrived at Flex on a Monday morning around 10.30am and was told there were no rooms available so I went on a waitlist about 2 hours later the so-called upgrade came through, I was given Room 9 a tiny room with a post virtually right in the middle of the room totally unsuitable for anything except storage. I would suggest to management to use this room as a storeroom only, unsuitable to rent out to paying customers.

Arrived around 1:30am, pretty busy, there were around 15-20 guys lined up, long time waiting, because some of them are the first time visitors, got to fill and sign the paper form…it almost took 5-10 mins to checkin a visitor. The desk dude when we checked out was such a little C**t. He accused me of staying 8 hours longer than I should have so I gave him some attitude back and said how could I have had to leave 5 hours before I got here. The SODA machine wouldn’t take coins OR bills however I did enjoy the free balloons everywhere. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub nice. The rooms are a little dated and weird with a ghetto setup. Just had my first bath house experience ever in my life last week -- I loved it! I grew up in the era of internet, so 'traditional cruising' is very foreign to me. Usually requires a lot of eye contact... I'm a shy boy w limted social skills but I managed to let myself have a good time. 😈

The sauna is closed and doesn't work. The steam room still doesn't work and the TV isn't even on in there. I sort of wish they would tell you this stuff upfront because I would not have paid to go in (it was $37 total for a $27 weekend locker and a required $10 membership fee). Staff wasn't rude to me, but they did come across as stand-offish and rude to others. This place has really gone downhill, its not an attractive place anymore, could be so much cooler. A change in direction/ownership could actually make this a great place.

Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Unprofessional, filthy, lazy and thief’s that steal personal belongings from lockers and private rooms . Facility is unsanitary in violation of many health codes . Illicit drug use.

Run of the mill bathhouse, besides the fact that there is no steam room. I think that is a first for me. Alot of hot guys, clean and bueitiful pool and outside area. Complete gym and reasonably priced.

My friend and I both had our lockers broken into separate occasions My friend had his wallet and phone taken when he reported it the guy offered his personal number Was weird he didn’t offer his managers number or the company’s number next day when he went back to follow up manager said he never got any report about anything Seemed suspicious. My locker was broken into on another night I triple checked my locker was locked Went for a swim not long after came back to make sure my stuff was still there found my locker opened phone missing I had to take a taxi home the guy at the front desk was helpful called the manager helped me contact the police in case I wanted to make a police report he seemed concerned even offered to help pay for a cab i felt bad him having to deal what happened I didn’t know if that was normal thing that happens there he understood how upset i was was very helpful thankfully they didn’t take one of my cards Idk about this place It was my first time at one these places only went couple times but it seems sketchy and dangerous can’t help feeling it was definitely a inside job whatever the case I won’t return ever if you do make sure you keep your things with you or around you at all times

Extremely rude staff. The guy fought me on the price they literally have posted in front of you. Said the owner was Latino and couldn’t type the sign correctly… Definitely look extremely high out of their minds. Also forgot to give me my towel. The jacuzzi water is green. The sauna is cold. If you’re looking to play this is a spot but don’t go here expecting much of a spa.

Love this place but last time i was there it was only private rooms and vending open. Outside areas and the pool were open.

Have the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and dark rooms re-opened yet?

I want to come back but like to relax in the steam and sauna after a long day at work and for other things i like to use the dark rooms.

The establishment was nice but the workers were not. They were very rude one person in particular named George. Was very discriminatory and literally forced me out while I still had my bath towel in my hand.. I do not recommend at all. I will be telling anyone who’s even remotely interested to go some place ELSE.

The dark room with the 4 television and 1 bed used to have a leather curtain forming a small enclosure for privacy but they took it away and now everybody has to stand there in the open...

I had a friend tell me that the guy at the front desk tried to scam him by telling him that he owed 5 dollars as an “overstay” fee (meaning he passed the allotted time given to him during his last stay and instead of making him pay for it then, they waited until his next visit Months later) I didn’t take this warning too seriously though as it could have been an error on either party’s end.

Fast forward to me and a friend trying to get in tonight (keep in mind that I have only been here once MAYBE twice Ever) and low and behold the guy tells me i owe 8 dollars for an overstay fee from the last visit when I KNOW I most certainly do not. In fact i never even get CLOSE to the outtime they give you. So my friend was 1,000,000% correct and that’s really sad to me. That they refuse to fire an employee that is CLEARLY stealing from guests on a REGULAR basis. It doesn’t take much to be nice and honest. This front desk clerk was neither of those things

The place is what it is. A decent place that horny meb can romp and play. The steam room is always fun. The onko downside is that most of the people there are tweeked out on Methamphetamine and I have seen selling being done. When you walk down any hallway clouds of smoke are billowing out of the rooms.

Being in the adult entertainment industry what little of my life is private I cherish. And the staff at Flex keeps it just that. They are very accommodating and understanding when it comes to guests particular needs. As long as you don't get too out of hand they will always sympathize with your situation. The patrons range from all shapes and sizes and ages.The facilities are clean and spacious. Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit for a room, but I would rather wait for a room because it's busy than not wait because no one is there.

Absolutely horrible, will never return. Chose to give this place a try because the photos online of the hot tub and facility looked really nice. Got there and paid way too much for a locker and my boyfriend got a room (even understanding the prices go up on the weekend, it was too expensive) get there and the hot tub is permanently closed, the steam room doesn’t work, the locker I paid for was full of trash and the place was just a disgusting letdown. We decided to leave almost immediately and waste the money, the desk guys ignored us at the window for almost 15 minutes and upon entering the office still didn’t let us check out till I knocked and had to ask for my ID back so I could leave. This place is sloppy, rude and misleading. I’m gonna believe the reviews and check out the other (cheaper) places around, the other Flex I visit in Phoenix is amazing but this one is trash.
