The schedule offers such a variety of classes- there really is something for everybody. Yoga, Pilates, dance, strength, martial arts, even a kids class! I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken and have made so many great friends within the community that has developed in the studio. So thankful for this space.

Flourish and Flow is such a gem in Willits. They offer a wide variety of classes so there’s really something for everyone, whether you’re looking for movement, mindfulness, or just a space to connect. What makes this place stand out is the community – people are so welcoming and supportive, and it feels like you’re part of something bigger than just a class.

I come in once a month to teach Line Dance Fitness, and it’s always such a joy to share the space and energy here. Every time I leave, I’m uplifted by the positivity and connection this place creates. Willits is lucky to have Flourish and Flow!
