I generally tend to go in the heart of DTLA for wellness classes but with Pilates, I tend to follow teachers and this contemporary Pilates studio has great teachers. The location is somewhat off-central and if you take the train it's just off the Vermont/Wilshire stop and you can walk from there. Stay on the main streets if you're walking late and walk with spatial awareness.

The area itself is OK. It's Koreatown so keep that in mind and especially if you drive. Driving/parking in Koreatown is just insane so save yourself the headache and walk, bike or take the bus/train if you are able to. The heavy car traffic in the area similar to DT can be quite unfavorable.

I love Flow pilates studio. June is such an amazing instructor. Her class was perfectly balanced — challenging yet relaxing, and she made everyone feel comfortable and supported throughout. The studio itself was also beautiful, clean, and had such a calming atmosphere. One of the best Pilates experiences I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place!!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and overall, I really like this place and the people here. However, one big problem is the parking situation. There’s no proper parking lot or street parking nearby, and sometimes it’s almost impossible to find a spot.

Because of that, I often end up driving around in circles, and if I can’t find parking within a few minutes, I have to go back home. The instructor usually locks the door after a few minutes, so being late means I miss the class.

I used to walk here, but recently the homeless situation in this area has gotten worse, and I don’t feel safe walking at night. Some of my classes are scheduled in the evening, so I have to drive — but again, there’s no parking available.

The parking lot behind the building is not assigned to this studio, so there’s nowhere convenient to park. I think the owner should try to secure one or two parking spots for students if possible.

It’s disappointing because I really like Jennie and enjoy the classes, but the parking and safety issues make it difficult for me to continue coming here.

Such a beautiful Saturday class. Fun but challenging. A very patient and engaged teacher. The equipment is Allegro2 considered the gold standard for contemporary Pilates.

I love this place! Studio is super clean, parking was easy to find, everyone was friendly and focused, music is bumping, and the instructors were pretty awesome. It was also my first time using actual Pilates equipment so I was a bit nervous but both of my instructors - June and Jenny - in each of their classes were very helpful and attentive when I needed the guidance. Jenny's class can be a bit challenging to some, especially those who aren't used to pushing themselves during an exercise. There is never pressure to keep up with others or to overexert yourself - this studio is a safe, healthy space where you're only encouraged to enjoy the exercise and get the most out of your workout. Thanks Jenny for always helping me fix my posture and showing me by example. I appreciate you pushing me to do the exercises correctly rather than hastily. Definitely recommend her classes to those who are looking for a bit of a fun, balanced challenge. Love this Flow in Koreatown!

Great space! The class is small enough that the instructor corrects you if necessary, but the space is ample enough for everyone to fit comfortably. There is a giant see through window at the front of the studio so if people are passing by you’ll definitely get one or two looking in, but no big issue. There’s usually plenty of street parking, and the studio is easy to find.
