I've been going to Flow State for about 18 months now, and have been remiss in not putting a review up. I'm 46, former athlete and generally in pretty good shape, but after running a number of marathons over the last decade I had all kinds of issues with my knees, back etc. The best recommendation I can give Jesse is that after starting with him, with his focus on functional, total body strength, I have never felt better injury and fitness wise. He's also an awesome dude and a local resident starting up this thing from scratch which is a bonus. Highly recommend.,

Today was my first time trying out this studio. Facility was nice and clean. Class was effective. Vibe was nice. Not loud and competitive like other studios I’ve been to. Felt supportive and calm and intimate yet not too small. I will be signing up for more!

Jesse welcomed me in to his strength training class β€” which was a hard and focused full body workout with kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, etc. I got the support I needed from Jesse to choose the right weight and do proper form. Plus, his current members are fun to work out with. I am already ready to return! Highly recommend.

I have been doing my physical therapy at Flow State Performance Training to help the recovery of my torn LCL, calf, hamstring, and then fractured tibia. The group workouts, 1v1 sessions, and strength exercise's that Jeese has been working with me on have been instrumental to my recovery and rehab of my leg! Not only has my recovery gone well, but I am getting stronger by the week. Highly recommend for PT recovery or overall strength training.
