My son has become a Flying Frog master! He started a few months ago and has been consistently going every week. They have really boosted his confidence and have sharpened his little nimble skills.
All of the coaches are encouraging and also make sure my child is focused and stays on track. The coaches are great! My kid has fun and each class is different. My child has turned into a little ninja warrior.

My kids have been doing parkour for years at Flying Frog. Their absolute favorite activity every week. No brainer when it was time to pick a place for a 9 yr old birthday. Coaches were absolutely fantastic with the wide range of ages and abilities of party goers. All the kids had a blast. Set up and cleanup were a breeze. We love Flying Frog.

These guys are amazing! The crew is engaged and good natured, and our son has a wonderful time in class. His recent birthday party there was great - We definitely recommend the Nerf gun theme. So fun to see the kids have at it in a safe environment!

Fantastic experience! The party room was clean and as advertised, the staff answered all of my questions easily and were extremely helpful before via email, during, and after the party.

We've already been there for classes so we know the instructors are great, but they were amazing at quickly running through the safety rules for all the kids, and then helping the wide range of age groups roam around the gym. We chose the free play option and the kids loved being able to explore with their help while they patiently let kids do rope swings, foam pits, trampolines, and so much more.

My son was thrilled and my niece also said it was her favorite day ever, so definitely a great experience. Highly recommend, all 3 coaches (AAA) were great!

I am so grateful I found flying frog academy. My son has struggled in the past with organized sports. Jason and his team do such a terrific job teaching the kids parkour and safety while landing/jumping. My son is thrilled every Sunday because he knows that's when his parkour class is. My son Reid found parkour about a year ago and fell in love with it. Thanks to the amazing instructors (Aspen, David, Paul, and Shane have mostly worked with him), he has progressed at such a rapid speed I am thrilled...I am more impressed with their kindness and genuine love of teaching, then his advancement. I rarely write reviews, but this gym/training center and team has inspired me to write this. You cannot go wrong with letting your kids take classes here, I cannot recommend the Flying Frog Academy enough.

My kids have been attending classes and camps at Flying Frog for over 10 years. I am grateful beyond words to have found such a positive, supportive, growth environment for my kids. The staff is well trained, friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure that every kid has a great experience, regardless of skill level or experience. Communication with parents is fantastic, safety is emphasized, and the kids have an amazing time. Most importantly… all of the staff and coaches - WITHOUT EXCEPTION - foster a positive, “team” attitude that shows the kids that they can still strive to be competitive & challenge themselves, without having to cut each other down. I have never been in a more positive & supportive gym environment, and I love seeing that modeled for the kids at every level… from the tiny tots to the adults. I came in for a trial class and had an amazing time. Even for adults, the experience is awesome! The staff and other classmates are incredibly kind and welcoming, even to beginners and it's just all around a fun workout and a good time. I'm sore, yes, but I also can't wait to go back.

We had my son’s 7th birthday party here, the parents of his friends are still talking about how much fun their kids had three days later! The party room was a little hot the afternoon that we used it, but the kids didn’t care and we were in and out of there in 30min anyway. Our group was big (24 kids), I was really impressed at how the staff calmly managed them all, kids from 3-13 yrs old all participated with huge smiles on their faces. Thank you Flying Frog for having such a fun and safe space for kids to move their bodies and feel like ninjas!

The ownership has been super fair and accommodating. For example, when my son realized the all-day summer camp was too long for him, the staff let me translate that investment into weekly classes instead. We are lucky to have this gym in our midst!

They used to have an adult night. So I can tell you... adult-to-adult... first hand experience. This place is bonkers fun. At first I was presented with small puzzles. Just getting from point A to point B and I realized how important it is to keep challenging your physical problem solving and body motion. I almost cried, I couldn't figure it out. So the instructor saw that I had lost my smile and immediately, warmly, and discreetly offered so many helpful suggestions. As a child, usually these places were really intimidating. I've always been quiet, especially when feeling out of my element, so it was easy for me to have gotten lost in programs like this as a kid. But to have that helpful hand and feel so noticed and not judged. It immediately went from a problem that was shutting me down to a couple workable solutions and highfives all around. I adore this place. The staff is wonderful and so caring, letting the participants pick the pace -- some days I was SO full of energy all I wanted was sprinting, and tumbling and climbing. Other days I was just there to fly. Ropes, silks, and learning flips. WHAT. flips?? As an adult?? YES! Did I stand on the edge nervous as heck for a good 20 minutes? yes. But I did it! And then I couldnt stop. So many things became accessible with the knowledge of the instructors. I admitted I had never gotten a cartwheel. So I tried a really embarrassing one. The instructor told me to look at my other armpit. So I did. And I did a cartwheel. WHAT?? I cant flip on the monkey bars. "Push the monkey bars down instead of lifting yourself up." And I did a flip on the monkey bars. They are masters of the things they teach, but also finding the balance to let the people that are going crazy let it all loose, and the people who need to take it slower can have their moment without being steamrolled. Highly recommend to parents of the nervous kid who likes movement, or the hashtag boymom who needs a place to get all the crazy out of their kids.

Both of my boys loved parkour, and I really loved watching them. The coaches provided the proper challenge and support to my newbies and the more experienced kids alike. As soon as a coach noticed my kid was proficient at something, he added a level of complexity. It was a great trial class. We will be enrolling towards the end of September when our schedule opens up for sure.

A place where kids can be kids and adults can feel like kids again. Run, jump, climb, swing till your hearts content and beating out of your chest. Great facility with excellent staff. The coaches are brilliant with the kids and adults alike. No egos here, just good coaches who are always very supportive and encouraging when giving instruction. I couldn't be happier since discovering Flying Frogs. Thanks to everyone at Flying Frogs for getting me in shape and teaching me some really fun, cool and skills.
