Wow , wow. Wow. In all honesty, if you're looking to get a healthier workout, have fun and have somebody really listen to you and your concerns, this is the place you need to be. Zack, owner of Folsom Fitness, is absolutely amazing. I have had several personal trainers and have never felt like any of them listened or heard what I needed . We're all built differently. We all have different stamina, and Zack definitely listens and creates a workout perfect for what you need and what you want. He is very knowledgeable and has his degree in Exercise Sports Science. Most importantly, the gym facilitates such a relaxed atmosphere... have you ever heard someone say they have fun going to work out? Well you will when you join this company

Zack and I have been training for almost five months, and I must say that he is the best trainer I have ever had. On my first day, I explained to him my fears with machines that previous trainers caused. Zack automatically calmed me and reassured me to stop being scared because he got me, and I felt safe tackling leg press (my fear). In that session, he taught me all the names of the machines that all body parts each machine hit. After three weeks, Zack felt confident I could go to the gym by myself because he is huge on technique and doing it correctly without hurting myself, and slowly but surely, I could lift heavier. When I started, I could only lift the bar when it came to the bar squat, and now my warm-up is 10 pounds on each side quickly. Every time I lift the bar with more weight, I ask Zack, ' You got me?' his response is, 'Always, this ain't a thing, you got this,' and he indeed does. He constantly challenges me with new things, and I am impressed that I can do it because I know he always gets me. Zack truly loves all his clients, and working out with him is a fun and challenging experience. Zack, I am incredibly proud of what you have accomplished in having your training facility despite a few challenges. You go, Zack!

Folsom Fitness is awesome! This place is small, but mighty. I have been trading with Zach for about two years. He is knowledgeable, attentive and supportive for each of our training sessions. My personal training goals are being met at each stage of growth and skill.

Folsom fitness is a new personal training gym that recently opened up. However, the trainers of this gym have been training for multiple years.
Zack, the owner, has been training me now for the last 3 years. He’s helped me with both physical therapy on my bad shoulder and weight loss. Zack is more than just a trainer, he’s a winner all day and I gladly recommend him to everyone.
