I had an amazing one-on-one training session with Schad at Force 3 Fitness. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly practices what he preaches. I learned so much from him and he introduced me to the maceball which I am now obsessed with.

He pushed me to squat w/ a 73 lb kettlebell, something I didn’t think I was capable of, but with his encouragement and confidence in me, I did it.

The gym is super clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend training with Schad if you are looking to challenge yourself and get stronger in a supportive environment.

I recently had the chance to do a semi-private workout at Force3 Fitness and was really impressed! Coach Schad brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to his coaching sessions. His attention to detail stood out right away. He’s the kind of coach who watches your movement, gives meaningful feedback, and clearly wants to help you get better.
As someone who has dealt with pain and injuries in the past, I appreciated the time he took to modify any movements that bothered me to ensure that I still got a good workout in.

HIGHLY recommend Force3 Fitness and coach Schad! My husband referred me to start training with Schad. I was a little intimidated at first, not sure what to expect since my husband is kinda insane with his workouts. Schad met me where I was at physically and helped me push from there. I didn’t think I would be able to keep up with my husband, but after 2 months I started doing most of the workouts he does! I’ve gotten considerably stronger as a result. Schad is the best trainer in the LA/OC area! Before I started training with Schad, I had chronic lower back pain, flaring up about every month. I didn’t really know how to exercise anything outside of my upper body and was doing what I knew with my bros. A buddy of mine was doing remote workouts with schad and recommended him to me. I was used to doing the same workout routine for years, too much cardio and some weights. He designed workout programs for me to do on my own to break out of my usual routine. My legs got strong & big because I usually neglected those. His style of training changed the way I train today. Schad (owner & coach) uses a whole-body approach to fitness and wellbeing that truly works. Schad's dedication, kindness, and care shine through in every workout session and this truly sets Force3 Fitness apart. One of my favorite things about working out here is the variety of equipment and workout methods Schad incorporates. This includes using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, steel maces, steel clubs, and much more. These workouts will leave you feeling strong and energized!

Schad is a dynamite trainer and teacher. He focused on full body and proper form / technique. He pushes you to set and achieves goals and re-work those goals to get your results. Where do I start?!? First off, if you are serious about your health and want someone passionate about getting you there, then Schad is your guy. Training with Schad is not a generic, one size fits all workout. It is custom to you, to your specific goals. Flexibility, physical strength, mental strength, setting productive habits, overcoming mental barriers- you name it and Schad will help you get there. It’s not just about sweating, he’s helping build you towards your goals and beyond! I started out just wanting to get stronger and I am. Now, we are working on increasing lean body mass to my arms. I was referred to Force3 Fitness by my physical therapist. I’m an athlete who needs exercise, while dealing with a bulging lumbar disc, I felt like all I could do was physical therapy. Coach Schad created a customized training plan to work around my injury. He was very accommodating and thorough with coaching me through exercises to ensure I had proper form. I highly recommend Schad for several reasons. He responds quickly. I reached out to several trainers and they either dont respond or they dont seem mentally present. He was very present and gave me all of his attention. He also knows his stuff. He taught me things ive never seen other trainers do which was very helpful. And finally, he went above and beyond to help me, guide me, and lead me in the right direction. Couldnt recommend him more!
