Solid little gym perfect for the price point! Excited to get back into shape

The quality has seriously gone down over the past 5 years.

Was a loyal member for about 5 years on and off and there was constantly over 5 machines broken down or damaged that were never fixed. On top of that members have no etiquette and leave dumbells + equipment all over the place.

There is also men that hoard 3 or more machines at once and when confronted they claim they are using all of them. They also hangout in groups working out together (which is fine) except they obstruct the other machines people are trying to use. It no longer felt like a productive place to workout so I decided to switch to valley fitness.

Love this little gem I mean gym. I can go in get my workout on (in peace) and not worry about an influx of ppl. I love the atmosphere and the solitude.

This gym has been a gone send after suffering a major accident in 2019. My only complain is I wish it had a t bar row and a couple hammer strength machines to isolate back more. Equipment might need to be maintained just a tad better, but I'm not complaining. One more thing that I'd love to see is decline benchpress.

I'm enjoying this noncorpoarate gym but still many men dont rerack their weights and it's very frustrating. With signs everywhere, they still do not care. I think someone, as in a staff member should be present at least part of the day, it's an anything goes show basically. Maybe part morning, part evening with the mid slower time off?? To insure weights are properly racked, it stays clean orderly and also safety for members in case something happens. With Working at gyms in the past I know this is pretty important for safety. Over all I am enjoying it with less people around like corporate gyms.

Honestly it's a good gym if you want to have a quite workout, but honestly you guys need to fix your cables on the Machines. Because every time I want to do a workout the cables are to messed up to work with. But other then that I like it.

Horrible customer service. Machines are constantly broken and they micromanage the guests. If you want to workout comfortably, go to another gym.

Eric Fishback, your attack to me about never being a member shows a lot about your attention to customer service; you have none. Maybe you need to attend some courses on customer service to better attend to your customer needs.

My dad joined this gym in March 2016, but today marked his last day. Eric is very unprofessional and rude. He inaccurately accused my dad of taking unauthorized guests. In fact, my uncle, who is also a member (was now), was going with him. Simply put, that's poor customer service. I wouldn't want to go to a gym where I'm closely watched and harassed.

This is a very clean gym in visalia. I can go whenever I want between 4am and 11pm. Whereas other gyms close to early or too crowded. I also got a free t shirt

Forever Fit Express is great for me because its really close to my home. I only knew of only three gyms in Visalia. This gym is kinda of hidden gem in Visalia, because unless somebody tells you about it, then it's kinda of hard to find since very few cars pass through there. If you are looking for gym with low monthly fees and no contracts, then this might be the gym for you.

I love going to this gym because it's very clean and modern. I only pay $32 per month and I can cancel anytime, because I am not tied down to a contract. I also like that I can go anywhere between 4am to 11pm whereas other gyms I can only go when there is somebody on staff and they charge a lot more.
