They had sold out of wraps when I checked in for my first class. Kinda sad they don’t have a free trial class because I definitely wasted the $28. The instructors energy was great but this just isn’t for me. I did leave after 15 min because I just couldn’t take it anymore. The facility is great, the loaner gloves were nice, overall a great place, just not my style. I’m not gonna give it a low rating because I can definitely tell that this is something people will like, but I realized I’m more of a go-at-your-pace type of person.

I bought a 10 class pass and went to my first class the other day.
(+) Nice studio - clean, they make good use of the little real estate space that they have.
(+) Showers, hair drying and gels/sprays, etc.
(+) Number code lockers that are free to use
(+) They do have glove and wrap rentals if you need them. Not sure of the quality/smell/etc. since I did not use them.
(+) Cool class format. The room itself is really cool - intense ambient lighting to get you into beast mode. Cool suspension punching bags.
(+) I did leave with a good sweat and feeling like I punched some stress away.

I AM just a little disappointed in a few things:
(-) Short classes. Not sure why this is the trend with workout classes nowadays. Shorter classes, just as or more expensive. I don't feel like paying $30+ for a half an hour class.
(-) The class I attended could have had a bit of better transitions during combinations. It was a lot of stop, watch the instructor do the next combo, then go. Rather, why not explain while we're doing the combo and count us into the next combo right away for no stopping?
(-) A little too many squats. I want to box. I don't want to do squats.
(-) A little crowded in the room. I think they just tried to squeeze a few too many bags in there. I definitely got knocked by the bag behind me a few times in class and was very cautious to reign my bag in at times to prevent hitting the person in front of me.

That being said, I am very glad that Form Boxing exists and will definitely buy more passes when they have sales. I think it's too expensive with regular prices. But I'm a fan and am excited for my next class next week!
