Agnes is awesome! We have been working together for over 3 years. During our time together I have had a number of physical ailments which she has flawlessly modified our workouts to accommodate. I find she has no ego about our workouts and is very encouraging. I now have a deep understanding of how to engage the correct muscles for each exercise which is really what Pilates is about. Working with Agnes is NOT like a run-of-the-mill Pilates class. Agnes is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and a pleasure to be around.

Agnes changed my life and my body!! I had never done Pilates before and at 42 I decided to try. Now, about one and a half years later after meeting with her I can say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. I have continued to go back week after week for her Pilates private class. Agnes is a professional that knows her stuff and how to get you feeling strong and your best. I have found with her strengthening my body and core that I perform better and am less injury prone in my other sports!! She is also the most amazing massage therapist. Agnes helped heal my diastasis recti with her pilates techniques nearly 6 years after I gave birth — no easy feat! Now, newly postpartum, I am of course entrusting her to get me back into shape. Every session feels fresh and completely tailored to what my body needs that day. I’ve just never experienced this level of care and customization at any other pilates studio. Agnes’s studio has changed my life. I’ve had metabolic issues that caused back and knee pain, muscle atrophy, bad posture, tight hips & hamstrings, and overall weakness. I used to go to crossfit and could hike miles and hours with no issue. But due to pain, I lost it all. Whenever I tried exercising or hiking, it felt like my body was fighting against me. I couldn’t go back to running or hiking . I tried personal weight training but couldn’t find the right fit for all the structural issues my body had.
I started Pilates with Agnes. She was so gentle and mindful of all my injuries and pain. I started once a week, the first 3 weeks I was shaking like crazy! I couldn’t believe how weak my muscles had gotten. I was also sore but a good sore. With every session, I got stronger. I worked muscles I didn’t even know existed! haha I loved it so much that I increased to 2 sessions weekly! I feel incredibly grateful to Agnes. I wake up daily with no pain. My tight hip, hamstrings, shoulders and back are more mobile. I work on the computer daily and my posture has greatly improved. Aaaaand…
I can stand for hours without extreme pain. 🙏🏿
