I have been taking Pilates with Jancy for 6 months and it has been a superior wellness and fitness experience for me. Jancy is extremely knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and she paces the workout with focused precision. It is my first time learning the Pilates method and I am getting stronger with each session. Jancy is a positive coach and I look forward to our sessions.

I have been going to Jancy since my cancer diagnosis 5 years ago. She is such a pro,a great teacher and a wonderful motivator! She has helped me with my strength, balance,flexibility, and positive attitude. She is very hands on,explains things well and shows how to do things correctly. The studio is nice and the people are all very supportive. I would definitely recommend Jancy!

Jancy is one of the best personal trainers around. She is always on time and the training routine changes every session so all muscle/flexibility groups are addressed and working to a maximum benefit to meet my personal goals.
