Its actually a daycare, parents just dropped off their kids and left.
No formal instructions
No proper form or technique tought
No discipline
No class structure
Kids were entering half way thru the class to join interrupting the ones who were on time.
The girl who was supposedly the instructor was flirting with an older student.
If your looking for real training, this is not the place to go.

Walked in thinking there’s was a catch! Turnes out you just have to show up! Since August till now Jan2020 I’ve lost over 60 lbs!!!!! Super nice welcoming. Since then I’ve been referred to a local Brazilian jujitsu academia ( my original fitness journey ) 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻👍🏽👍🏽☯️☯️ free mma changed my life 🙏🤙🏻👍🏽
