I found Fremont Training through a friend of a friend and started working out with Esther twice weekly in October 2024. Once I began training with her, I found out that a friend of mine used to work for her and another friend used to work out with her, and both people had only good things to say about her.
From my personal experience:
β’I have found her to be very knowledgeable about anatomy and all aspects of personal training.
*I get a great workout tailored to my needs and abilities in a private setting.
*My training sessions are challenging, but neither too hard nor too easy and exercises are adapted to any injuries or physical issues I may be having.
*Esther is always on time and very easy to communicate with, both via text and in person, in regard to training, but also in general.
I would highly recommend Fremont Training if youβre looking for personalized training with a knowledgeable, experienced trainer. I feel the quality of the training is very good for the price.

I have been working out with Esther for close to two years now and have really enjoyed my time. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the small muscles than run through the body and helped me strengthen them, getting rid of the small shoulder pains I used to get. Working with her over zoom during the whole Covid situation has been easy and really helped me stay fit during the lockdown.

I started training with Esther a year and a half ago after having my baby. I have lost 30 pounds! Esther helped me to fix my diet which was extremely difficult in the beginning but after the first week my body never felt cleaner and the pounds kept coming off every week. I have been training with Esther for the last 5 years and it has always been a wonderful and gratifying experience. In spite of my many health issues, including severe arthritis, Esther has always found a way to work around my joint pain while ensuring that I build muscle strength and maintain function as I age. She also has a knack for pinpointing what muscle or joint problem is interfering with my ability to exercise on a given day and then modifying the routine in some way that allows me to continue with my training. Esther also knows when to push me during training and when to go slow. She has been a true joy to work with!

I've been training with Esther since last year and I love working out with her. I came to her with a previous knee injury and she is great at workarounds that allow me to stay on track without exacerbating it.
