My best friend recommended this place. My review is Kind of long and personal, but just want to share that I’m still under my first year of post partum and I joined FATC bootcamp to work on losing baby weight. I took some time off due to business travel and prior commitments. I just started up again, I could have easily gone back to a regular gym and do solo workouts but honestly I don’t have the knowledge to target the specific areas I want to work on. At my old gym I would get distracted searching for music and playing on my phone just walking and running in treadmill or stair master. Not here! I don’t even have time to hold my phone, it stays in my cubby during class. It’s non stop purposeful movement the minute you walk through the door and settle in. I’m very introverted and normally don’t like asking for help, but every single person I have interacted with are nothing but supportive and helpful with learning new exercises. Coach is especially supportive and checks in on a personal level to see where I’m at when I haven’t shown up. I struggle with depression so that is truly appreciated and I know movement is definitely helpful, but it’s hard some days to find the balance of work, kids, home, self care. I appreciate the individual pep talks and reminders to put my health first and keep coming back! This is not just any kind of gym with random people, it’s a whole supportive village that makes you feel welcomed and empowered. We all have individual goals but the same mission, to keep doing better for ourselves. I highly recommend signing up and joining the fam! 🙏🙌❤️
