I work out with Jesse twice a week every week. I started at the beginning of January, and I don't think I'll ever stop. I've tried other gyms, other programs, and other trainers. No other Trainer has been able to meet my standards. No other gym has had every tool needed for any exercise I was looking to do. Everyday I walk in the door of Fresno Fitness I feel like I'm on an episode of cheers (a reference to an old TV show in the 90's for you younger generation), I'm greeted by name from every person I walk by. I've only been going there since January. On top of feeling like family, Jessie is an amazing fitness coach. He meets the needs of each of his individual clients and cares about you personally. Jesse has spent many years in Fitness. He is ex Army, ex Paramedic for the county of Fresno for over 20 yrs. Even if you are new to trying to get in shape or have spent many years in the gym, Jesse is the guy to see.

I’ve never had a personal trainer before and I wish I would have done this sooner! Growing up as an athlete my workout knowledge was limited to the sports I played. As an adult, that style of working out was no longer realistic. Jesse’s knowledge and experience help to meet you where you’re currently at and empower you to accomplish your goals.

The results you get are more than just what’s seen on the exterior; you feel better, move better, have a sense of accomplishment, and a boost of confidence.

Jesse is an awesome trainer! His infectious optimism makes exercise fun. Being a Paramedic, he is constantly observing my movement during exercise, teaching me the how too of proper body mechanics, and how to strength my core with breaks in-between each module. Paying close attention to my breathing and constantly checking on my wellbeing. Asking me, how I feel and is the weight to light or not heavy enough. After several weeks of working with Jesse, I have notice an increase in my day-to-day activity, more wind during exercise and more energy throughout the course of the day. Even after work, I feel like an energizer bunny. I can keep going and going and, I am motivated and encouraged to do more. Not just, go home and zonk out, as I would typically do after work. Jesse works hard to tailor his program to the client’s level, assists in setting realizable goals and when met makes getting to the next level achievable. He is a one of a kind and I am so happy that our paths have crossed.

I reactivated my gym membership a year ago, after a 15 year freeze. I walked around the gym aimlessly not knowing what to do...and also not being very motivated to "show up". Hiring Jesse as my fitness trainer was literally THE best decision I could have made for myself! I am an older Mom with young kiddos, I have Osteopenia (which required me to do weight bearing exercises)...and I help care for my mom, which requires heavy lifting/transferring at times. In just a couple of short months, I already feel stronger and SOOO motivated to go to each session. I actually look forward to working out now! Jesse is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about fitness, supportive, patient, kind, funny, attentive to what I am doing and corrects me if I'm doing it wrong. He pushes me in just the perfect amount to get stronger, but not make me dread going back. He has also become my Nutrition coach and I am now eating better as well as preparing healthier meals for my three kiddos. What starting training has meant for me was the ability to do my job with more confidence that I could actually do my job. I have a very physical job that could potentially be harmful to my body in ways that could basically put me out of work. Since training I feel more strong mentally and physically. Things that used to be strenuous for me are not easy and safe. Learning the right ways to move and lift as well as building the strength in the areas that are needed to move in left, during the shift, has essentially prolong my career. I am thankful for Jesse for working with me and my body type in such a way that he built me up to the things that I can do now.

I'm a father of one and was injured in a car accident at work last August. The workers comp system failed me and after 10 months of not receiving physical therapy for 7 herniated disks in my lower back my very good friend Jesse stepped in and has brought me back to life. For the first time in those 10 months I have been able to play and be active with my kiddo again, and live a functional/productive life. More than that he helped me gain my confidence back as a father. If you're looking to get back into shape, shave some pounds, or even train for some crazy OCR Jesse is 100% the man you need to call to get your fitness goals crushed!!
